SANTA CRUZ, Calif. - A cameraman was caught with some creepy video footage. The man was surreptitiously videotaping female feet in the science library at University of California, Santa Cruz, campus police said. "Officers indicated he was embarrassed by his behavior," university spokesman Jim Burns said Monday. "He offered no resistance to the request that he leave immediately and indicated he would not be back."
It's not illegal to videotape feet so no charges were filed. The name of the man, who was in his 40s and had no affiliation with the university, wasn't disclosed. He was banned from the campus for two weeks.
Vince Nova, manager of the Science and Engineering Library, said the man was seen pointing a small video camera in the vicinity of three students' feet. One of the students confronted the cameraman and he fled.
One of the female students spotted him again last Wednesday, and campus police were called. A campus officer searched the man's bag and inspected the camera.
"From the taped contents of his camera, the subject of his filming seemed to be 'feet,'" the officer wrote in his report.
Graduate student Nellie Chu said she wasn't concerned.
"It's odd, but I don't think there's any need to jump to conclusions," Chu said. "Maybe he was doing research."

There was a site that was totally of candids shot in a university library, but I can't remember what it was. The guy filmed multitudes of women's feet and I'm wondering if this could be the same dude. Hmmmmm.

Yeah this has already started making the rounds at other forums, knew it would make it here. Bet it gets posted about 3 or 4 times.
First of all, I am really curious as to what Nellie Chu and her feet look like. Sounds like that if this oaf would've been more cool about it, she would've let her feet be filmed. An open attitude towards feet usually means nice feet.
FLS Zero, don't take the statement that filming feet isn't illegal as a go ahead. They likely meant openly filming feet in a public place. If you plan to do candid stuff with a hidden camera, that changes things. That is becoming more and more illegal in communities, thanks to 9/11 and the "upskirt" dudes. I advise checking your local laws.
And no, even if you get caught, it won't anybody look bad, just you

if you look on youtube for sunchie, this is the guy that films candid video of girls there. I dont know him personally but he does have some good footage check it out and lemme know just do a search for candid feet and look for the name sunchie on the right hand side of the video as a matter of fact here is the link

Just readin' the last comment I left, It's just "Post-Hyper Activeness". You know after you've watched an old 'Kung Fu' movie and straight after it finishes, you feel invincible??? (Not too sure if your feelin' me here but If you were/are a classic Kung Fu movie fan then you should know where I'm commin' from) .
There is a whole lotta sarcasm in there, but sometimes ideas just flood into my head all at once and I can't type as fast as I can think. (hence typo's) . But I'm still gonna do it, it's just boosted my comfortability. Not like lettin' King Kong loose in NY.
Oh and lookin bad ? I don't mind me lookin' bad . I'm a pretty out there guy, it's just for the sake of fellow foot-lovers current and new commers who ain't comfortable with thier luv for female feet .

If anyone has the balls, walk around were feet are plenty. the beach or the mall something like that, you have to have some big balls for this but hear me out. with a digi cam and camera, your a college student doing a documentary on foot fetishes for your human sexuality class, come up with some basic questions for the girls that you are taping. you may be surprised at how many girls would be up for this. take the interveiwee "hot chick" to a somewhat secluded area and maybee get five minutes of questions and some really hot soles and toes footage during the interview. California beach feet does something like this but however many of the girls they interview are foot models that are well known and im sure they pay the girls. what do you guys think? if somebody does this...i want some royalties lol
