How can I shrink my avatar to 150x150

If you don`t have that you can resize pictures online here (and other options, too...like crop, rotate, adjust, etc.):

I actually meant 150x150 maximum (the largest side of the photo being 150)...meaning that you can keep the size ratio. Then the correct size would 150x127....if you resize it to 150x150 it looks a bit squished.
