my first serious gf had this to a slight degree, she also has very high arched feet and a shapely butt, all in all it gave her a wiggle like jayne mansfield !

it just means the toes turn in - in extreme cases it becomes a disability.

I've not seen a pigeon-toed person, male or female, since I was really young. Nothing attractive about it to me that I can remember.
