As far as normal conversation with a woman goes, it would have to be "My feet hurt" or "My feet are killing me", followed closely by "My feet are ticklish".

As far as sexual conversation with a woman, it would be anything dealing with her feet. One that does stand out though is "Cum on my feet".

"My feet hurt" lets you offer a foot rub but "Can you rub my feet" is even better!
