Definition of perverted - sexual liking outside the norm.
But is having a foot fetish outside the norm?
Are there two classification here?
Men that like feet and have fantasies about fucking feet?
Men that like the beauty of feet because they are feet the are pretty to the eye?

I would have to say I like the beauty of the feet alot and it actually influences my decision more than breasts and asses. I mean don't get me wrong i do not like those big fat cottage cheese asses even if the woman has nice feet but nice nice feet do go a long way with me. I think barefoot in jeans is so sexy and yes i do find it very arousing. Probably about the same as seeing a woman naked. So am i perverted or have problems.... I don't thinks so but hey whoever wants to judge be my guest.

Why say "perverted?" OK, we're a little differant than most guys. But I've heard that as many as 20% of us are attracted to women's feet. That's a pretty high number, for a fetish. It makes the foot probably the number 1 sexual attraction, outside of the usual breasts, crotch, and rear end.

"Perverted" isn`t necessarily a bad thing, but people use it as a negative term to define something/somebody they don`t understand....something that is outside "the norm" (as if there is such a thing as "normal" sexuality ).

Different: yes most definitely. perverted? That all depends on what you like to do. Statistically saying, we few are part of the most common fetish. So if by outside the norm, you mean that we are the majority of the minority then ye.
But that is no different than anyone who enjoys anal sex, and of course if you have a hand fetish(yes there is such a thing)you are part of the minority within the minority. But the response to a hand fetish and enjoying handjobs exclusively seems to be less negative than say whipping your manhood out upon some tender soles.
Technically we are the mainstream of the so called kinky nation. Some might disagree and say that BDSM is the true leader, but then again doesn't our fetish bleed over into that category for some of us? For some doesn't being dominated by a pair of sexy feet constitutes as a form of Discipline. Some like to be trampled we cover the Sadistic and masochistic parts of BDSM, and the cock box, bound feet, being tied and being used as the foot slave to me seems to mean you enjoy some form of bondage. So doesn't that mean that for some of us that BDSM is just another form of foot devotion? Folks we got this here kink thing on lock down.
So that leads me to think one thing. If we control a good portion of sexual desires, who is hating on foot lovers? Is it the closet foot fetishist that is scared to step out into the light and would prefer the peace and safety of their dark age? those of us who would rather go with, what appears to only be a slight majority, in order to keep their secret? Is it the media that only seems willing to portray us as deprived sexual deviants who stalk women through the night and ravage their feet in their unsuspecting sleep in the safety of their own homes? To be honest until I was 18 I didn't even know it was called a foot fetish. Hell even the girls that I slept with didn't know what to call it, other than funny sometimes and totally kinky other times. So blaming the general public is not really the case I feel. The only thing we can blame them for is believing that all fetishist are serial killers in training, just like in twin peaks or something.
In my opinion (and it is just that mine) we can not really call ourselves perverted just because we enjoy feet. It is no different than a person who enjoys breasts, backsides, eyes(how do you fuck an eye, I don't know but you get my drift and I love looking a woman's eyes personally), or what have you. It is a matter of what you do with it. Perverted to me concerning a foot fetish is like I don't know, wanting to have a bodily function on them other than cumming, or like really underage feet (and if you do, I'm sorry but you need your ass whooped something powerful). But this is just my opinion.

The definition of perversion has more to do with corruption - in this instance, I believe we are addressing "sexual corruption".
It's all about definition. If you were to ask a church-going, sex-only-for-procreation (missionary position only), fundamentalist, I'm sure that the response would be that we are irretrievably damned for our wicked ways (not attacking Christianity here, fundamentalist Muslims would also likely feel that some part of our bodies should be lopped off by means of a rusty machete).
Some would simply find us weird while still others wouldn't give a rat's ass about our preferences. The radical feminists would simply say that we have contrived a new way to both objectify and rape women.
Oftentimes, the definition comes from perspective, which is why I consulted Webster before answering. I don't see anything "corrupt" in what we do; dougiezerts hits the bullseye with "different". Further, I think Xero pegs it well by pointing out that it is a matter of preference about body parts. I still know a nice "rack" when I see it and can even find them seductive; similarly asses, abs, and the whole gamut of female features appealing but there's just something about her feet...

I believe there are, but maybe even a little more extreme than you described, though you're generally correct. As we debate here from time to time- though we all use the words foot fetish generically, most of us love feet but don't have a true foot fetish (meaning we NEED something foot related in order to become aroused or to climax). Your first statement being the true foot fetishist (I would say) and the second statement being someone who truly loves feet but doesn't need them to get aroused.

i'm not perverted. but in all areas of life, there are a few who are truly perverted and messes things up for the rest. (look at some of the case of guys into butts.. who go around subways sticking gal's butts with needles.... and the police caught the perps too)
