I know some people are opposed to them and others are all for them - I'm in the latter category! It just gives you an actual reason to talk about a girls feet to her - with something ornate about a tattoo gives you all the reason in the world then to talk about her feet!!

And I like how it purposely draws attention to their feet, like they want people to look. It makes it much easier for foot guys to approach them, I'm sure.

Depends the nature and the qualty of the tattoo (and the beauty or ugliness of the feet in question).

I like them both ways, untouched or with a tat. Better that the tat starts around the ankle and, kind of, "flows" onto the foot.
One thing is certain, if she does have a tattoo on her foot, one can stop calling it a tattoo and should start calling it a bullseye.

Girls with tattoos are much more likely to let me photograph them. I especially love the so called "target" on the lower back. It signifies that they are of legal age, and sexually active.

The "target" aka "Tramp Stamp" is not my thing. I'm not a fan of tattoos in general on men or women. I can appreciate some original looking artwork as opposed to the little cliche designs people get. The tribal stuff, barbed wire band around the arm, gang letters on the ass, etc. is crap. Anyone looking in the misc forum section has probably seen some of my "extreme tattooed" folks I've posted in the "weird pictures" section. Besides the cliche ones those are others I REALLY don't care for.

Depending on the tattoo, it can help make the foot a little sexier, like toe rings or an anklet. Small tattoos on or near the ankle are nice.

haha exactly, there is no mystery to these girls whatsoever
which is one of the main reasons i don't like them
oh and i don't think there is a required age to get a tattoo because all the "fun" girls that i went to high school with had one when they were 16
