I think it's the money. Feet are still relatively innocent, and so long as the husband/boyfriend is attentive and chaperones the whole session, there really is nothing to worry about. And if the couple knows the woman has great feet, then they know they can make some pretty decent money off of them. If not the money, then there's probably some sort of voyeuristic fantasy the guy wants to live out.

I sometimes fantasize about what my girlfriend and I could do with a possible guy or girl (I'd always be there) - I don't know why it has the ability to turn me on, it just does..

If you would get jealous that just means you'd never do it. The fact that other people do it is a good indication that they, for whatever reason, don't get jealous, so it's on the table for them.

well as a swinger couple here, that is actually the one thing that is off limits for us. we have met many guys that are into feet to some extent and they definitely have liked my wife's feet (see avatar for an example) but that is something we just reserve for ourselves. the same goes for me and another woman. my wife has said she wouldnt mind, but i dont want to do it. partly cause i do want to keep that between us, partly cause i am more than satisfied with just looking at anyone else's feet other than my wife's.
