As a married man who's sex drive is much higher than my wife's (who thoroughly indulges me in my foot fetish) I could easily argue that she "teases and denies" me but nothing as seriously hard core as what you described.
Though it can be argued that the following involves submission on both parties part, the closest we come is when I purposely map out a lengthy foreplay/sex session, which she totally goes along with, involving her feet. For instance: having her paint her toenails a color I request; then put on one of my favorite pairs of sandals or flip-flops; add or adjust her foot jewelry as I desire; go out somewhere for a while (so I can take all that in); then come back to the house where we then engage in foreplay and sex involving, of course, her sexy feet that I've been building an appetite for. So I do understand where you're coming from- just never been involved with it any near as hard core as you guys are.

I've never had a chasity device, but have had a girlfriend in the past who was big on tease/denial games, both getting and giving. Oh going to the toilet is easy. i just sit down and let it go. i take the time to carefully dry the tip of my foreskin, the bars if any ended up there, and the cage itself is taken off once a day (for supervised showering) and is washed with soap and water.
It's understandable that this sort of lifestyle isn't for everyone, but i am happy to see that you folks have at least experienced the pleasure of denial, or delay really. To answer Andy's other question, last time i was locked for 5 weeks and a day, then milked. Very carefully. With no orgasm. Well, i'm self centered to an extent. And like all relationships, one revolving around chastity means communication, cooperation, and sacrifice.
