I'm an RN by profession, and I can say that at work, there is nothing sexy about feet. There is a divide between personal sexuality and work; you are there to help people heal, and the thought of worshipping feet like that would never cross my mind until I saw her on the street.
Most of these guys, podiatrists and surgical-techs, they aren't in it for the love of feet - they are in it for the love of money. Like any specialist, they make good money because they specialize in a science that many don't want to do, and although they may be focused on a finished product, no foot fetishist would be caught dead working as a podiatrist... Think about it, for every pair of feet like that, you have 100 gnarly pairs of feet that make you wanna barf. And mens feet. Gross.
People come for that kind of surgery because their is a problem with their feet. Not a minor blemish, but a serious problem, and to look at nasty feet like that all day would turn off anyone with a foot fetish.
Not to discourage anyone, but health care is not the field for feet. I love my job, but it is not foot fetish friendly by any means.

I realize that, but this woman in the vid has really nice feet and it was like a horror movie watching them get butchered. I like to share disturbing things, lol.
