I saw Daemoness a few times in person before even realizing that was who she was. I think the chance of someone recognizing your girlfriend/wife based solely(pun intended) on feet is 0%.

My guess is- the chances of that are incredibly slim. Maybe slightly higher if they are posted with some regularity, but still VERY slim.
