Hmmmm... I don't think I've every used a cheesey pick up line in my life to just take a girl home to get a footjob. I suppose if you are at a bar and whoever you are buying drinks for is getting a bit tipsy and flirtatous you can probably invite her back to your place for a normal little "party" and then spring the footplay on her when things are heating up.

I don't do it often, but when I do, I like to say "You have very nice feet," "You look cute barefooted," or "Nice toenails," if they're painted.

If its too a woman your just chatting to in the street, I have no clue.....
But it worked with my girl, just hold her feet and 99% of the time they will be cold, make out you feel sorry for her and hold them tightly, or put them under your t-shirt where it is warm.
With me things just moved forwards from the feet under my shirt thing.
