I'm in the US. You have an interesting question. I'd guess that warmer countries have more foot lovers, because girls show their feet more, in them! Well, just my idea. By the way, do girl go barefoot a lot, in the Phillipines?

Well, i wouldnt automatically assume Americans are the largest group. They are probably the largest with computers, that is all.
To be honest, though i'd like to say otherwise, i dont we Aussies are really feet men. No one i know is remotely interested. Some of my girls are, but only so much as getting a foot rub.
Having said that, i certainly have noticed in recent years how so very, very many women are looking after their feet - appearance wise i mean. Toe rings & anklets are worn by teenies and 50 year + MILFS. Of course, with our climate, what you guys call "Flip flops" (we call them thongs) are a must have. Tough question: The U.S? Maybe somewhere in Europe? How about Asian countries where everyone walks around the house barefoot? I think it's going to be a very difficult question that could yield an ambiguous amount of answers since, after all, a foot fetish is really a sexual thing. Sex, itself, is a unversal thing.

Switzerland is a footlover's dreamland: girls have a medicaly practiced pedicure paid by the health insurance every 6 months (guys too by the way) just because they think it is a very important health matter. And it shows, I have never seen a country with as many perfect feet (Italy maybe). France doesn't rank very high with too many feet destroyed by fashion shoes and an average foot hygiene.

I am in houston and in Texas, it's flip-flops or open toe heels nearly year round. It has its advantages and disadvantages though. I am highly interested in India and Indian cultures as well. I'm surprised nobody has even thought of Indai just yet. Most the time you see mostly thier arms,faces, and feet. They are also big on foot jewelery and all kinds of toe rings and anklets...especially when a woman is getting married in the hindu culture.

My theory is the opposite from most I've seen here. I think cold countries have more foot lovers. Why? Because they stay covered up most of the time. That lends itself to more curiosity. After all everyone wants what is hard to get, hard to see or is in short supply. Just think, if women walked around barebreasted all the time, it probably wouldn't be long until men had seen so many that they wouldn't pay attention anymore. I think the same is true with feet. The countries where they are the hardest to see is probably the countries where guys want to see them the most. My guess, Canada, Russia, Scandinavia.

^^I'm also in Britain but have the opposite impression. Although I've known quite a few English girls open to my fetish, I feel that British society in general is either only dimly aware that our fetish exists or looks upon it as something for social outcasts.
I'm not sure how it's perceived in the U.S. but foot-fetishism certainly has more exposure there.
Outside the English-speaking world, one country that seems to come up a lot in relation to foot fetishism, is the Phillipines. I'm not sure why this is, but I must say that the Filipinas I've met seemed to love showing their feet off.
Another culture that seems to place high importance of the beauty of feet is India. As someone else mentioned, Indian women (and there are a LOT of them here in UK) usually wear shoes that show their feet off and decorate them elaborately.
Another country someone mentioned is Italy. Again, I can only say what my impression is, but it does seem that love of female feet is fairly well known and well-catered for in Italy.
If I had to guess the 4 countries that are the closest thing to a "foot fetish paradise", I would guess (in no particular order):
1.Italy 2.Phillipines 3.India 4.USA
Of course, I'm aware ppl in those countries will say it's NOT a "foot fetish paradise" but I'm speaking relatively here.

I remember that, when I visited Switzerland, I saw a lot of girls barefoot in the streets of the little towns near the Alps. That impressed me. In Spain it's impossible to see a girl walking barefoot along the street. I guess that this happens in Switzerland because the feeling of the fresh green grass of the Alps must be an invitantion to walk barefooted.
I also remembar that I saw a girl walking barefoot in Venice... but Italian girls don't do it as much as Swiss ones
