Speaking from personal experience, Photobucket will definitely remove any nude imagery or anything they arbitrarily (yet sometimes inconsistently) regard as being of a sexual nature even if an album is set to "private" -- which is why I canceled my membership there and am instead considering ImageVenue, which allows such images, or so they say.
