probably not... many guys i know who have girlfriends and no fetish still masturbate like crazy from what they say, loll not that im so big on talking about masterbating with friends, but i seem to know people who are just incredibly horny and people who arent as much.... havent really seen anything to the understandable assumption that people who get action on the regular dont 'need' to masturbate as much as people who dont get as much action.
