No, not to me, but i also don't consider tickling to be a part of my fetish. I assume someone with a big tickling fetish may feel different.

If a girls feet are so ticklish that it affects massaging or kissing, licking, and sucking toes or soles, i guess that would be a bummer.

Tickling does nothing for me unless it does something for my partner. In the B&D aspect of my life, I might use it (in a very limited way) to break up the other sensations to which I am subjecting her.

I agree with this, and feel the same way about it(it isn't really part of my fetish) Second part of your post would probably be a big thing for me.

But at the same time, as long as I can at least give a massage, I think I'd be okay. That way it's something (I think) both people can surely enjoy. How can you not like a massage? It makes whatever part of your body is getting it feel a lot better afterwards, and professionally or not, it definitely feels good to get one. One thing I like to do is let the woman know she has as much control over situations as I do.

I think I swerved off topic quite a bit, but I really wanted to say that!

As for on topic, I've never considered tickling much of anything besides maybe flirting.

Though I think tickling can be incredibly fun and erotic, it's not on my fetish sublist either.

My wife is incredibly ticklish, and once or twice I really tickled her feet- just to hear her laugh so hard. But she wasn't happy about it. I really thought that her ticklishness was going to prevent me from being able to do anything with her feet at all, even massaging them. Fortunately that's not the case.

I am not into tickling as a turn on. If I am tickling a girl, it is mostly because I am trying to fuck around with her or get her back for teasing me or making a funny comment and such.

Although I have to admit I do have a bit of a tickling fetish, it's not entirely necessary that a woman's feet be ticklish. It does add a little bit of spice though. However, the woman can't be too ticklish, as then there's a chance that she'll not let you touch her feet.
