Glad college_footguy has a suggestion for you, will check it out for myself. To my knowledge, none of these performers did anything that was "foot-fetishy" in nature. If I go through my library of old videos, I might be able to find a scene or two of each where a glimpse can be caught.
What comes to mind right now for Janine would be "Where the Boys Aren't 8" and "Maneater" both from Vivid.

Glad I could help. Also realized that Dyanna Lauren was in "Where the Boys Aren't 8"; though not a foot oriented scene, her feet do get a fair amount of screen time aboard a boat with another girl (also barefoot) but her name escapes me right now.
