Guys we need some help here, a 21-year-old weightlifter asked a simple question if girls like getting pedicures and foot massages and even sucking/licking BUT the responses so far have been mainly closed-minded and 'WEIRD' has been tossed around a lot, unlike my first Yahoo! Answers question, this one is still open for answering we need like-minded folk here to chime in!

besides these same girls probably also say that "I want a nice guy that treats me with respect"
meanwhile they are fucking a guy the exact opposite

As far as the question goes, a general question about women liking getting their toes sucked on/feet pampered on a public forum will, by and large, be received, and answered, with disgust. There may be a few exceptions of women who may respond differently (i.e. in a positive way) but, for the most part, because society doesn't deem that sort of behavior as "acceptable", it's usually not received well. Plus, there's also something to be said about putting a question like that on Yahoo answers, which sometimes draws younger people who aren't yet old enough to have much experience when it comes to sex. Therefore, anything out of the norm is considered "weird" and/or "gross".
When it comes to what women will and won't allow a guy to do (and this also goes for a foot guy sucking on her toes and treating her feet in a sexual manner), it really all depends on the guy in question who's doing it. If a guy is confident about who he is, women find that attractive. If that same guy can build a comfort level with a woman and the woman likes him, then he can, in essence, "get away" with doing more, as opposed to a guy who's not as confident and is acting all weird because he's wanting something from her.
A typical example, which I'm sure some have probably seen or been subjected to firsthand, is talking to a woman in public - i.e. approaching a woman at a bar/club. Guy #1 approaches her and she'll blow him off not too long after the interaction begins, while Guy #2 approaches her a few minutes later, maybe even using the same line that Guy #1 used, and the intereaction goes much more smoothly. The difference here is that Guy #2 looks more confident and is coming from a place where he's not looking for anything from the woman, unlike Guy #1.
With that said, I think the answer overall is that it depends on the guy who's going to be pampering her feet and sucking on her toes. If it's a guy who she feels comfortable with, who's confident and someone she likes, then the guy will be able to do those things, provided that the woman doesn't have some sort of strong repulsion or phobia for having her feet touched.

I agree with Mighty and Fate111 there is a difference between knowing who you are and being a jerk - not what you do for a living, but who you are.
Sometimes it is better to act the part to get the part and can be nice later.
Exposing myself, I have an edge but have soft spiritual side - I'll spoil U like milk, but anyone who has been with me knows that if you are done or find something else - there is the door...I don't do well with tests and I only say that once. How nice is that?
A lot of these jerks keep running back to the woman they treat badly in the first place...Don't say sorry, just don't do it.
