i live here in Vegas, the phone book is good,there is also a free publication you can pick up at just about any convieniance store called city life it has adds for "entertainers" some of which offer foot play. hope you enjoy your visit.

You should have no troubling finding WHATEVER you want. Bring the money, and you'll be fine.
I go about 3-4 times a year. Just got back two weeks ago and am going back for Thanksgiving weekend. Here is some of the options that you have....
-Casino Girls - You can find them at any major casino sitting in the bar by themselves. If you see a girl sitting by herself at the bar playing slots, the chances are she is for hire. Walk by and make eye contact. If she locks eyes with you, you are good to go. Price for these beauties can be anywhere from $300-$600. Cheaper during the week or very late in the evening (or should I say early in the morning). You can probably catch them for a better deal after 3am. Caution with these girls.... there is always the chance they may rip you off. Some guys have had good luck with them, others have had horrible luck.
-Escorts - These are the sure thing. About the same price as CG's, but everything must be planned out ahead of time for them. If you visit one of the escort review boards and do some research, you can find a highly rated beauty to spend time with. Cost can be $300 to $600 as well. You can find knockouts for upwards of $1k. This is probably your best bet.
-Asian Massage Parlors - There are a few that offer cheaper options than both of the above. They will even send a girl to your room. Updside is price, downside is you don't know what you're getting until she shows up at your door.
-Brothels - Self explanatory. They are quite a drive from the strip... about 45 minutes. This is the most expensive option.
-Strip Clubs - Depending on the girl, you can have a great time here. On my last trip I spent some great time at the SR. After chatting up one of the girls, I received a private VIP dance from her for an hour ($400). Although it wasn't 100% private, it was good enough. She knew that I had a interest in feet beforehand, and proved to me that she could show me a good time before we went to the private area. She wore these black stockings for me and basically gave me a FJ through my pants for the hour (and she was OK with me releasing as long as I had my pants on). She rubbed her feet all over me. She even offered to come back to my hotel with me for $300 for the same thing, but I had already finished. Like CG's, you may find one that makes promises but then doesn't deliver. Make sure you qualify the girl before you drop the $$$.
