Hello all, I recently conducted a survey through another website and found out that Ballet flats are the most popular shoes around at the moment and also in my finding of 400 women surveyed they are the easiest shoe to create an aroma, what I mean is they will make your feet sweat more than any other shoe.
Some of the women questioned had 0% smelly feet but after wearing these shoes daily and for long periods even the unsmelliest of feet had slight smell. Not a complete survey by any means but 400 answers was some idea of how these shoes smell, many said that they are so comfortable that they wear them too much and also they do not protect your feet when you are out and about. I love them the sweatier the better!

i'll suggest a counter theory to your data..... the reason why there is more scent for these types of shoes is due to the fact that they wear them a lot more than any other shoe.. hence.. more scent.
back in the 50's when high heels were at their peak... the same would have been said of pumps over any other shoe (don't have a reference anymore on that.. lost it on my first hard-drive).
what you wear more will smell more.. in terms of footwear. and ballet flats get over used.. and hence more smell to them.
the amount of sweat produced by feet is a product of heat regulation from the body and the ability to release it via evaporation. the more confined the area of skin.. the more sweat retention.....a shoe that covers more of the foot and breaths less will hold more sweat.. and if the person is feeling warmish or hot.. they produce more sweat.

I was on Yahoo Answers earlier, and I was surprised when I did a search of ballet flats and how many questions girls asked about stopping them from smelling so bad!

i think they're cute, kinda the "retro" look amongst chicks that have brought back the 70s over the past couple years. i can't say i've experienced the smell of any but i imagine it would be nice since they're mostly made out of...whatever the hell that material is. i can picture it but i don't know what it's called!

Hi boys . Just stopping by to see how things are doing around here. I must say though more than anything else now a days, I wear ballet flats. I have a pair from Donald J Pliner that I swear by!

Nice to see you pop back on the board after a 1 year abscence!
A girl I used to see back in the 80s in college wore the ballet flats some times. They did hold an aroma much stronger than any pumps, flats, or sandals she owned!

Mules licker is right these arch killing shoes are indeed the rage these days. I've found that a lot of cheap shoes tend to stink up a girls foot more than quality shoes. I have sniffed some cheap ballerinas and was amazed at how wonderfully sweet they smelled.

p.s. i once mentioned a few co-workers who took their shoes off and the smell was too intense for me.. one of the two were wearing ballet flats.. but very old beatup ones... i'm now curious to see if a happy medium can be hit.. and how fast it can be hit... just a bit of science experiment.

the thought of ballet flats is a whole new fantasy.
i cant wait to get married and have my wife wear these hot shoes all day for me to sniff..... hehe
when i see them in the street they look so hot. especially with black socks and when they are "well worn" they mould themselves to the shape of the foot. mmmmm so hot!!!!

deep toe prints inside the shoe.
moisture inside.
and the the seriously strong scent of heavenly sweaty feet.
that strong toe jam scent you can find inbetween the 4th and 5th toe.

Yes my GF calls hers "mud mashers" and I got her to wear them all day in the hot Florida sun at Disney World!!! After we got back home I carefully removed each shoe to reveal the most dick hardening foot sweat & toe jam possible!!! Her feet stank to perfection!!! She indulged me till orgasm!!! Fellas those ballet flats are the way to go in maximizing the sweaty proclivities of your woman's feet!!!

i have this dream of peeling off some black ballet flats (well worn - so that the shoe moulds to the foot) to reveal black trainer socks that sweaty you can see the sweat patches on the sole of the foot...... mmmmmmmmmmm and the smell to be very very very pungent (cheesey sweaty)

I remember one of my college roomates dated a chick who wore a pair everyday! She foolishly tried to cover up her foot odor by coating the inside of the shoes with FOOT POWDER...hahahahaha...those shoes still reeked of her dorito toes....YUMMY!!! Of course, I stole a few sniffs when she'd leave them around our dorm room;-)
