You can specify what it is you seek as you fill out your profile. Be prepared to pony-up some scratch, though. You'll have very little chance for success without it and, with the money, the odds don't improve greatly. It depends on how much effort you are willing to put into it.
It is not a scam but it isn't all that the ads make it seem.
