It came out in an interview with his wife Toyah Willcox which if found on YouTube. She pretty much flat out said at one point when they met how he was in love with her feet. To me it doesn't sound shocking at all since Fripp is pretty eccentric anyway.

Sometime last year Richard Simmons was on CNN with an interviewer named Kiran Chetly.
