It's possible that she's coming, but I highly doubt it. Most chics can't get off on vaginal stimulation alone. It feels good though but fingering alone won't do the trick. She needs some clitoral stimulation. The best way to do that is with your tongue or a vibrator. Some girls won't even come with all of that. Thats life.
