MySpace had a solid chatroom despite the bots that was a good ground for meeting people....right now it looks like if they have disabled it for a while don't know when it will be up and running. It has been down since March...its supposed to come back eventually, according to Tom Anderson, who helps run MySpace...that'd be the best place I'd recommend. Once it gets running again - whenever that is - the chat is supposedly going to improve. Keep an eye out for the MySpace chat whenever it returns, it may be your best bet - without dishing out money.

I use Facebook a lot, there are tons of Fan Pages and Groups to join related to FFC (Foot Fetish Community).
