Thought I would start a thread...I dont start them very often... anyways...

Long toenails... total turnoff to me. Last thing I want to have happen when Im suckin on toes or sniffin her feet, it to get gouged, poked, scratched or cut by her long toenails.

Ladies, if you have them... What gives with the long toenails??

Personally I like them slightly longer than the toe but I dont like real long toe nails, on the other hand i really don't like short short nails either. I have a sister-in-law who has pretty nice feet but she cuts her nails so short it makes her feet in general unattractive, if she would grow her nails to at least normal length her feet would be great.

Long toe nails are a big turn off for me.

Maybe I don't have a foot fetish. I don't like long toe nails and I don't like stinky feet.

Let me offer a female POV here ...

I prefer my nails to be what I call "sport length". This means they hover right on the edge of the toes.

I prefer to not have my nails cut down to the nub as this makes my feet look "juvenile" (to me anyhow).

I have (in the past), upon request grown my nails out longer than my norm and actually found that they can be uncomfortable in shoes and socks/hose. The pressure placed on the nails is the worst part and I am terrible when it comes to pains in my feet.

I like nails a bit longer but not too too long, i personally love to the the nail peeking over the edge of the toe from the sole view...

Short nubby nails are toetal turn off...just like a woman who bites her nails

Depends on what you consider long. 2 inches out past the end of the toe? Looks sexy in a nice pair of strappy heels, but may be too long to suck on. On the opposite end of the spectrum nails cut way below the end of the toe are completely unfeminine and an absolute turn-off.

How about a compromise and have the length right to the end of the toes?

I do like the look of longer toenails(depending on the foot, too) but I share Dave888's concern especially when I consider an FJ with such a threat at the end of each toe.

I'm not turned on by long toe nails. Just long enough for a french pedicure. Like someone else said, if I'm looking at her soles and can see her nails sticking out, its too long.

I like nice long full nailbeds with slightly longer toenails... for me,, short nails and nail beds is a deal breaker..

I'm right with you Drew! Nailbed size is the most important thing to me when it comes to a woman's foot. I do prefer longer toenails though also, a little past the tip of the toe. Basically the larger the toenails the happier I am. When I see a random lady with long toenails out in public it drives me wild because I'm curious why they chose to grow them long. It's definitely a turn on. It's really hard for me to get turned on by short toenails and/or small nailbeds.

I suck a lot of long toenails and also get footjobs from them and it hasn't caused me any pain. I just love the look so much though.

Oh, good topic--I fuckin' loathe long toenails. I'm not talking about toenails that are in mild need of a trim; I'm talking about the ones where the girls GROW THEM LONG INTENTIONALLY. I know that there are lots of guys who are crazy about that, and they are welcome to like it all they want, but I myself do not. I can't stand it. I think it's ugly. Very ugly. For me, it's not about worrying about being scratched; I just find the aesthetic of it a total turn-off.

I like squarish-shaped toenails most, at a length that seems "sporty." To me, there is no need to try to make toenails look "glamorous"--which means I don't need them to have polish on them, and I certainly don't need them to be of a length that is unwieldy (by that I mean she can't even wear closed shoes without causing damage or discomfort).


Oh, and another thing:
What's with people saying, "TOES painted"...?

I read something like this example: "I love how she has her TOES painted deep red"... and I'm thinking, "WTF, it's her toeNAILS that are painted. She didn't paint her TOES! Do we understand the difference between toeNAILS and TOES? C'mon, fellas!"

Maybe I'm just too picky about language. Heehee.

Oh, by the way, Mommie, you are seriously articulate when you post. That's a turn-on, too (as if your gorgeous feet weren't enough?!).

i'm all for the toenails being a little longer than the toenails to be seen when looking at the bottom of her feet.

i have very slow-growing toenails. mine have finally reached the 'sport length' and im thinking thats where they'll stay

already i can feel my toenails scratch my leg when im in bed lol. any longer and i worry ill make myself bleed haha

i agree though that for me it's never been about getting scratched or anything, i just think its aesthetically unattractive.
