I have a friend who is interested in doing foot modeling and having her own site. I don't know jack about building a webpage, or which hosts are friendly to such pages. It would be pretty softcore, no nudity, etc. Can anyone offer me some suggestions? Thanks in advance!

It would all depend on how hands on you wanted to be. As a graphic designer, I will tell you, if you don't know how to build a web site, you won't learn overnight. A lot of people make their MySpace page in 2 minutes via some supplied code. It's not that easy.
You'll have to sit down and figure out what your plans are with it and do some research.
