Given the parameters of using all four corners of the bed, I had to select "face-up". The other selection has certain safety problems.

My preference would be for a good, sturdy hogtie that pulls her shoulders up and back toward her feet. This leaves her breathing freely and, depending on the tie, keeps her ass and feet available for whatever I have in mind.
