i would let her know that you like her feet. you dont have to jump straight into saying "i want to suck your toes" but you could let her know that you like them
as you are doing your "other things", if the mood strikes, you can start kissing her feet and stuff
the way i look at it is this, if your foot fetish is a big part of who you are, why be with someone who doesnt accept it? and the only way youll know if she accepts it, is to tell her

Bring feet into the mix the next time you're having sex. Especially when she's getting into it.
Just think...if you were against getting your toes sucked but were about to orgasm...would you freak out or just sit there an enjoy it?

You're the one who knows her best, so you have to decide which of the two methods above you want to employ. You can go into it first verbally, discussing, at some point, your love of feet (and specifically hers). Or if you think she won't totally "freak out" you can start incorporating feet into your time together (i.e. touching, rubbing, massaging) eventually enjoying them during foreplay and/or sex. As mclaren said you don't jump right in sucking her toes or asking for a footjob.
If she's made a "feet are gross" comment then you may need work on her a bit, but I think you'll find that very quickly she'll come around when she really understands what her feet do to you.
Two final points: - I married my best friend and we're still going strong after 28 years. - Though she had heard about foot fetishist, she had no idea that I was one or exactly how turned on I was by her feet. I agree. Talking about it when you're in a neutral environment is definitely not the way to go. Women like guys who take the initiative and just go for what they like. If it's done when she's already in the mood or in the heat of the moment, it's highly unlikely that she will stop everything and freak out. If anything, it will enhance the experience for her.
