When I used to lift weights I looked into this because the traditional hand massages didn't seem to get deep down. Unfortunately I could never find any ashiatsu massage therapists in my immediate area.

But in all fairness I think it's only right to go if I really needed the massage, if I just went merely to get off by having a chick rub her feet all over me then it seems like it devalues the profession they worked hard to study and master.
