Yes, I have. I had a teacher in Junior High who taught class both barefoot, and in stockings, on several occasions, due to a pair of tan shoes that hurt her feet. This conversation actually came up with a group of friends when we were out for breakfast on Commercial Drive yesterday.

I'm sure I've been noticed checking out women's feet many times in my life, but few people have ever said anything.
