Last night I was emailed by someone telling me that my photos were being used on another site. Typically I don't fight it, I know people are going to put my images and videos on forums and such. But when I followed the link and saw that the site is one trying to make big bucks on basically selling you the secrets about how to be the man when it comes to getting girls' feet, I was a little pissed. One image of Kellie and another image of both Kimmie and Kellie were placed on this site. That site is:

http://www.footworshipinternational.com/

So, for all you other webmasters/photographers, be sure to check out the site and make sure they're not using your images to sell this. They removed mine and were quick about it. I just don't understand, since they're apparently selling how to have some foot game, there is no one able to get girls to do their own modeling?

yeah that's a good point. it's got to be a sham. if they were truly able to get women to let them lick and sniff, then surely they would be able to get the girls to pose their feet so that they could post their own pictures instead of stealing pictures from webmasters on the internet.

that site smells of a scam. beware if you are about to spend money on their secrets. that's my advice

It is obviously a scam run by some loner...probably the sleazy dude with sunglasses in their top banner.

I just emailed them with links to the original copyright stamped images and told them I own all the high resolution versions, complete with model release forms and they took them down ASAP.

I gladly sent them a nice preview image from an unposted set of Ginger as a way to say thanks. [Smile]

Looks like the entire site is built with copyrighted images plagiarized from other web-sites.

Thanks for pointing this out Patrick. His main banner was constructed with a stolen CBF photo of Roxanne: http://www.footworshipinternational.com/success.html

Maybe I should write a book and instructional video series about the myth of Goodguyneighbor.

I really figured that the rest of the images did not belong to them either. I sent them an email and they promptly removed/changed it - within no more than an hour at that. I would tell each webmaster individually, but I have no way of knowing where all those images come from. I expect the worship ones might come from the foot party sites and such. Got me. And just so you know, that image is also found on the Start Here link on their site too. It has a blackened background.

Hmm, no reply so far.

I guess my sarcastic humor was lost on you Diddy. [Big Grin]

What I've noticed most after talking to several thousand random ladies is that upon first impression, most women are unable to remember what you just told them
because they're more focused on your body language. "Wow, this guy is confident, handsome, smells good, and sounds like he knows what he's talking about."
It almost doesn't matter what you say. That's why successful guys can actually make even cheesy pick-up lines work.

It is no doubt possible to learn how to become a successful male, but if these guys were really legit, then they'd surely have mountains of original content with no need to steal from other producers.

I saw that pic, and thought it was yours. Then I zoomed in on the watermark they tried to remove. It said college feet or something like that, so I didn't say anything.

BTW Patrick..your work rocks.

Thank you Brek. They managed to blur out my copyright stamps, or cut them off the edge. Here is the main image that was brought to my attention:

http://www.footworshipinternational.com/images/ballfeet.jpg

As you can see (below), my image was reversed and then the stamp taken off. Apparently the image is still on their server since the above link still works too - just not being shown.

What makes people think they can get away with plagiarism?

Either they're naive or just don't care.

Some of the stolen images are almost iconic and instantly recognizable to fans.

Sooner or later someone notices.

They ignored my e-mails until I sent a DMCA to their server host's legal department.

Now they're slowly redesigning the site since Roxanne's feet were used on most of their main page headers and link banner:
[IMG]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v512/goodguyneighbor/th_Roxanneshells.jpg[/IMG]
http://www.footworshipinternational.com/bootcamps.html
http://www.footworshipinternational.com/success.html
http://www.footworshipinternational.com/contact.html
http://www.footworshipinternational.com/links.html (second banner down)

Lets see how long it takes to comply.

I registered to post a rant in their discussion forum, but I think they knew what was coming, and deleted the forum altogether. [Laugh]

I wouldn't be surprised if the entire instructional series was also copied and pasted from a well known source, simply substituting "how to sleep with women" with "how to score feet"

It's odd that you had this much trouble. I was simply nice and direct and both times was answered within a couple hours and the images down. Must be different approaches. I apparently got the "girl" Layla from their site.

Patrick

Posted by combine_hunter (Member # 39526) on :

Well, excluding the "links", those pages have been giving a 404 error for the last eight hours or so.

Posted by goodguyneighbor (Member # 2824) on :

"Layla" was apologetic, but hesitant to respond at first, probably because she feared a wave of webmasters knocking to claim their images after you spilled the beans.

In my case, the image in question had been used in banners and headers throughout their site.

Now they've apparently just deleted those entire pages altogether, even the contact page.

Doubtful anyone was paying a thousand pounds to sign-up for those boot camps anyway.

Wow that site is such a bogus sham..worst infomercial BS I've seen in awhile. I've had the same thing happen recently on Facebook where some Italian who doesn't speak english chopped and photoshopped {very poorly} my watermark out and claimed them as his.
Problem is, there's really no internet security or reprocussions for this behavior..unless somehow you lock all your images on your site so no one can right click them...but what's the point of that?

Funny story. A few years ago one of my models found a profile on MySpace that claimed to be her. That profile was of Carmen. The best thing was, however, that all the full body shots and face shots were Carmen photos from Soles of Silk. But when Carmen looked at the feet close up photos, they were some other girl's feet. LOL... Carmen called me and was bitching - not because they claimed to be her and used her photos, but because they put different feet up for the close ups instead of stealing those too. Carmen told me people used to tease her about her feet when she was real little. She asked if they did that because her feet weren't cute. I told her she was being dumb asking that after all the positive comments she had seen from this forum and through emails I had sent her.

Carmen (if you don't know who she is)

And let`s not get started about Youtube, Flickr and Webshots....loads of our material is on those websites, often with our watermarks/logos removed and claimed as someone elses.
I´ve also seen a few fake profiles on Myspace with photos of my barefoot models....it`s really weird and sick!

Well, at least we know they cycle the stolen content because I made several posts on your thread and even though I didn't check it out at the start, I did later and none of my photos were on there at that time. Guess I'll have to bookmark it and check back every so often.
