-A good girl to guy ratio is a must
-Reasonable prices or you just have a bunch of loitering
-Don't forget to include models and activities specifically for the foot sniffers

We need the guys for the money but I try to keep it at a nice balance. And if no witch hazel, then what to use to disinfect the feet?

I can't allow that because some people wish not to be photographed. However, I do pictures in designated areas so that the only people in the picture want to be there.

i agree, NO WITCH HAZEL, that shit is nasty. use those anti bacaterial wipes.
Feet Variety is a must. im here in NYC and the main reason i dont go to some of the parties is that all the girls are basically the same. modelesque (which is great) with long slender legs and all have the same general foot build (if you regulary worship different types of feet you will know what i meant.) so get a few with pointy slender toes, a few with high arches and plush soles, black, white , asian.
i say the variety of different feet is the main reason i love foot parties.
and lastly, have different areas for Private and Public worship. meaning that in the main area i can worship all i want or if i want i can go into a quartered off area for some privacy. i personally like both. i can worship feet like crazy for all eyes to see, then i can go to the back area and put a hand down my pants to jerk off while i have more feet rubbed in my face.
i guess dont charge more than 40 or 50 at the door.
