i was gonna post about this AM but someone beat me to it.
i caught it from the beginning and they definitely fixed the editing so he seemed pretty totally obsessed.. but then again, there were some things he said that they couldn't have edited. in the beginning he says, "it's hard to get a girlfriend cause women dont take you seriously.. all i want is a pair of pretty feet." i immediately thought.. uh oh, he's objectifying women and reducing them to feet. he's gonna come across as REALLY weird. he meets a woman online and she comes to visit and the first time they are together, they arent even out of the airport and he's lifting her jeans to see what shoes she has on. he gets her home and she's on her stomach on the bed and he's taking her shoes off and smelling her socks and having a good old time. not a big deal except they dont show hime having normal interactions with her. they hang out a few days and on the way home from a night out he tells the camera, i havent had her socks off yet but i think tonite's the nite. i am feeling it. they show them in bed, both full dressed and he's got her bare feet in his face and moaning and tell her he's waited a long time for this. she's leaves and they are planning to continue the relationship with her moving to be with him.. things go south cause she cant leave her family and friends and he says.. 1) Leslie's Hot 2) She's a freak (in a good way) 3) This guy played it WAY wrong 4) The dominatrix chick played it off pretty chill until the speed dating. If the foot dude had done the same thing, he'd have prolly seen that girl again.

I have often questioned if fetish applies to myself. Never had an issue enjoying intercourse LOL! He definitely freaked the girl out, which is why she never got back with him. All this guy could do was talk about her feet, even when they went back to his place it was feet, feet, feet. Ok so I watched this with my friends tonight and I've never told them about my foot fetish, but like 6 years ago when I was in high school a couple of my friends (who were present tonight) found some foot vids on my computer so I think they've probably suspected it and used to make jokes about it from time to time and I would just laugh them off. I was kinda nervous and thought they would say something about me, but surprisingly on one did. And I was fascinated with their reaction to the show and the guy with the foot fetish
They actually did not seemed too weirded out, but then again we only watched the last 30 or 40 minutes of the show, so maybe we missed the more obsessive and "weird" parts. One friend found it kinda freaky especially with the sweaty feet and they were kinda put off by the toe sucking scenes. But overall, they were not too creeped out and said it didn't matter as long as the guy and his girl were happy. So, that was nice to hear

I got to agree with this one. I am sure that they did interview someone who was more down to earth with their fetish. But the guys over at MTV said, "well along with the rest of the crap we are shoveling down people mental cake wholes and calling it Fillet Mignon, we need someone who is edgy and catches the viewers off guard, and thus we will go with this insane guy who is barely able to function normally in society."
Then again I have to wonder how much did they play this guy up. I mean on shows like Springer and what not they have someone pumping the "victim" in the situation to feel like they should be empowered and make a complete utter ass of themselves. Dude gets some exposure on TV and some girls talk to him because he is a flash in the pan.
Now don't get me wrong, I don't think our fetish is anything to be ashamed of, hell I got some female friends who love the idea of date foot guy, or girl. some one who will pamper their tired tootsies. Them are the rules. grab a girl inappropriately, suck all your meals for the nest few weeks through a straw.

There's a difference between an admiration and a fetish, but there's a huge difference between a fetish and an obsession.
I'm certainly not a head doctor but this guy seems like he has a very obsessive personality. Who meets a girl online and talks about marrying her the first weekend they're together? I remember watching that episode years ago myself hahaha. I think the main dude from that episode was another show too, though I forgot the name of the show.
Anywho, the dude needs to stop falling for these women too quickly. I was smh when he was got that tattoo of her foot. On top of that I never seen a dude put a pair of peds on that high of a pedestal.
If hope he takes his fetish in moderation and aware that theres more to a relationship besides her feet. I cant recall off the top of my head of him saying anything outside of what he looks for than "perfect feet."
