Hello, my name is Brad and I am here today to ask for people to participate in taking a foot fetish survey. I am in the process of writing a book about our fetish. I hope to be able to open our fetish up to the world on a more factual level. Today, a lot people find out fetish to be disgusting, weird, and even "perverted". People do not understand our fetish and simply make a conclusion based on the fact that in a "normal" society, it is weird to like feet sexually, or even like feet at all. I'm looking for my friends, both male and female, to open up your personal fetish and speak out about it. I am asking people to take this survey OPTIONALLY and anonymously. If you want your site or even a quote or something from your survey in the book, please leave your information on the survey. I am extremely excited about this book and I am even more excited to here what you have to say about it. Again this is an OPTIONAL and ANONYMOUS survey. I am very thankful and grateful for whoever decides to take this survey in the spare time. You are much appreciated! Just to let people know, the file is clean and it opens in Microsoft Works from what I've seen so far.

I got the survey, opened it and no problems people. I have already answered the questions and returned to the surveyor. It was a fun quiz for me.
