National Fashionistas -- The Celebrity Contest Returns For Its Fifth Season

As we remember the journey, the memories, the women, the euphoria and the ultra-suspense of the storylines that has captured the imagination of so many people, we have enjoyed the moments that the National Fashionistas have given us over the last four years, which had culminated in a victory and celebration of a truly special and unique woman known as Candice Swanepeol.

Over the years, both American and National Female Classes have bred us with women who fed in to our admiration for feet belonging to the fairer sex. Our last memory left us with images of Candice Swanepoel becoming more than just the Official Symbol of the National Female Class, but The Face of the National Fashionistas. A title quite deserving for out-staging Marisa Miller, the Official Symbol of the American Female Class, in last year's Finals Classic, to close out our journey that Candice and the NFC reign as the superior and the only.

As we begin our Fifth Anniversary of the Fashionistas, we celebrate those who are the objects or our desire, as well as those who were sex symbols of past generations, all to celebrate the one legendary shoe designer who paved the way for the those who continue perfecting the art that he has known to sensationalize: making sexy-killer shoes for more of the world's wonderful feet. This contest touches on the legacy of Salvatore Ferragamo.

This is the National Fashionistas -- The Fifth Anniversary, Season №5

----

The National Femme Fashionistas will have 32 women separated into two classes of 16 girls each (the American Female Class and the National Female Class). Each class will have its 16 girls further separated into 4 divisions of 4 girls each.

**NOTE: Any names in typed in bold and capital letters means that the girl is either brand new to this contest. The girls who are returning will be placed in the same division of the same class as they were last year, with the exception of one girl.**

**If there's anyone whose name you're not familiar with, I suggest you look at her profile on Wikipedia.**

The Finals Classic is the FINAL contest, in which we will ultimately decide which femme will be given our version of the Vince Lombardi trophy called the Salvatore Ferragamo. That crown comes with the title of World's Sexiest Feet. The Finals Classic features the champion of the AFC vs. the champion of the NFC.

----

The game is simple. For each match, you must vote for the lady whose feet you think looks sexier. At the end of the voting period, the girl with the most votes in each match will win. We'll do the same thing the following week. Only then, each girl will face someone different.

Each girl will embark on a 16-match schedule that will span over the course of 17 weeks (each girl will have a week off during that time). At the end of the sixteen games, twelve of the thrity-two girls will advance to the playoffs (six girls from each class). In each class, four of those girls will be the division champions (the girl in each group with the best overall record), and the other two will be the wild cards (the two best NON-division winners, regardless of division affiliation).

Regardless of who your favorite girl is, here is the pattern she will go through:

-- She will face the other three girls in her division twice (6 matches).
-- She will face every girl in another division of her own class once (4 matches).
-- She will face one girl from each of the remaining two divisions in her own class once (2 matches).
-- She will face every girl in a division from the OPPOSITE class once (4 matches).

National,

Let me be the first to congratulate you for keeping your dedication and the drive to make this the most successful foot fetish celeb contest this forum has ever been a part of. It's unbelievable that this contest has been running for as long as it has. I wish I was there to have been a part of the very first season. I bet it's no where near as great as it is today.

I think this is the most explosive first week of any season that you've had in terms of the matches, the pictures and videos.

I can't thank you enough for doing God's work for us and providing us with the best entertainment when it comes to famous women and their feet.

I would love to say much more but I'll stop right here for now. I need to take this moment and go over the pictures and videos again.

I'll be back later to give you my take on the matches.

Once again, thanks for the hard work and dedication. And I'll make sure to check out Nusuth's site more often. He has been a great part of this game and his contributions should definitely be credited.

Thanks to you, too. [Thumbs Up]

I also want to give you a lot of thanks for putting together this contest that makes the conversation of famous women mean something. Without this contest, we'll just be looking at one picture of a celeb's feet and say one sentence about how cute they look. But with this, we have an entirely different discussion. This one involves people to become passionate about their favorite girls and get into some heated debate about any disagreements we may have.

You, National, have done an excellent job in making this the best place to look at and talk about these women's feet.

Let's get to business. I saw all the pictures and videos. This is Week 1 but it feels like the playoffs to me.

Megan Fox, my girl. I believe this is the first time she's facing Victoria Justice in her life. That's an excellent way to start off the season for the two of them. Though I love Victoria's feet, Megan Fox's are better. This year, she is going to remind everyone just who the heck she is and why she will be just as unbeatable as she was a few years back.

Candice, hope you enjoyed your taste of what it's like to be champion because Megan is taking it back. And there's nothing that you, Audrina, or Mila can do about it. There feet have little to nothing on Megan's. Mila is going to cruise to an easy victory this week. But with all the hype she's been getting during the off season, I think her biggest supporters are going to take Kate Upton and Tisdale for granted. They have the feet that can compete with the rest of them. And when you consider that Ashley had a magical year last year, I don't see that magic wearing off this year. So Mila better not take these women for granted. I'll be waiting for the day that she and Megan face each other. That will be a match that will be talked about for a long time.

And look who else showed up...... Olivia Munn. National, her division is FIRE! It is arguably the most packed division in this entire contest, although anyone can make the case that Candice's group has the most stunning feet, because I'm glad National decided to bring her back. If she gets off to a good start, she will show people that last year was just a fluke that she didn't do as well as people thought she would.

But back to Munn. When I saw her name on the roster, I knew we would be in for a long year. Look at her group, for crying out loud! Joanna, Miller, and Rosie! HOLY FUCK!!! For the first time, I fear Marisa's chances of making the playoffs.

And Jayde Nicole. Isn't she Audrina's enemy in real life? If so, then I know that Audrina is not too thrilled to see her in this. I think she has one of the best feet in this contest. This week's pictures might not be doing the best job of showing that, but her feet are just wonderful.

There's so much more to this contest than the things I mentioned. That's what make this so much fun.

By the way, that Rosie clip was WAY too hot! After watching it, I'm now more convinced that Rosie will be a great addition to this contest.

I agree with Duffy when he talked about adding Munn into the mix. If things weren't already interesting with the announcement of Mila in this contest, things are now even MORE interesting with Munn now in the equation. It's hard for me to decide who has the better feet between the two, but I think Munn will have a tougher time reaching the playoffs because of who the other three girls in her division are. In my opinion, Munn's group looks to be more stacked than Mila's division. For the first time, I think we will have a case where the division champion won't reach 10 wins because I don't see how any one of those girls can win all six matches against her division rivals. My pick is for Joanna Krupa to win it all. This time I'm more optimistic about Joanna winning that division because unlike last year, Marisa will have tougher women in her division to deal with in Rosie and Olivia Munn.

And that's quite a main event we have to start this year off. Both Candice and Audrina are being put right to work. Both women look incredible this week, but I think the edge goes to Candice. It's still early in the competition and I think as more people get to see Candice's pictures, they will see why her feet were well deserving of winning it all last year.

Stacy Keibler's feet are always just amazing to look at. This week is definitely no exception. Jessica Lowndes is no slouch at all when it comes to how good feet can look. That division is another one that's not easy to predict. I voted for Stacy's feet this week, but with several months to go before the playoffs, that will be more than enough time for Jessica to make up, if she loses this week.

Great job, National. Thanks for putting all of this together.

I, too, look forward to what Nusuth's opinions are for some of these matches. More wisdom on great women's feet are greatly appreciated.

Things are going to get real ugly, real soon in those divisions. What's so amazing is that with so many amazing women who's feet we can choose from, it's amazing that something has to give, someone HAS to lose!

Marisa has her own feud with Krupa that started last year. And now, in the same division, Rosie and Munn can have their own rivalry.

And you're right about Chriqui. If she starts off with her win, her feet can finally be recognized for how stunning they truly are. And Candice and Megan, AND Kounikova - I almost forgot about her - better take better care of their feet.

Even though she's facing Katy Perry this week, let's not discount Katy's feet. She's been a consistent winner in this contest, so you know we're going to hear from her, even if she loses this week.

These are just great matches to start the year.

wow.. i feel honored. [Laugh]

ok, here's my 2 cents and i know i have some controversial opinions.. but hey, thats what they are.. opinions.

National give me a little heads up on some of the new girls he was introducing but kept a secret some really exciting additions such as olivia munn and lea michelle.

so in regards to this weeks matches:
MATCH OF THE WEEK
megan fox vs victoria justice: nice. these two women have some of the sexiest feet in the whole contest and regardless of its outcome, we'll be seeing and hearing alot of them. my vote goes to victoria but i predict megan will win.

eva longoria vs jayde nicole: i feel that jayde is going to struggle through this whole event. she has very little star power and her feet arent going to be enough to carry her. eva in a landslide.

jessica lowndes vs stacy keibler: i am big supporter of jessica but her lack of fame is going to hurt her in the long run as you can see in this contest with stacy. personally, i believe stacy is overhyped.. but who am i to argue with george clooney. [Wink]

oliva munn vs rosie huntongton-whitely: wow.. its a bit of a surprise to see olivia having a commanding lead over rosie. i have high hopes for the hot geek.

kim kardasian vs carmen elektra: more titans of the toes, but i think carmens star is beginning to wane. the excitement around kim isnt has heated as it once was either. perhaps they will move in the classics league next year?

kate upton vs jessica alba: i would love to see the utterly overrated jessica alba served an opening loss especially to the likes of kate upton. i have never ever understand any of the attraction anyone has had towards jessica alba. she isnt unattractive but for me, nothing about her makes me look twice and her feet are hardly even mediocre.

i do love this event and i cant thank National enough for putting in so much effort and coming up with so many pictures for our entertainment. i am looking forward to the rest of the season. may the (good natured) flame wars begin!!

Been waiting for this. I missed some of last season and all of the one before that so Im glad I finally get to take part again. Thanks to National for putting together such a great game.

(As usual these are my thoughts as Im voting not after submitting my votes so I havent seen the current vote)

Normally I'm an Eva Longoria guy but anyone can beat anyone it seems this year and I'm going for Jayde in this matchup her feet just won me over.

I love Stacy Keibler going back to her WWE days so no surprise I'm going with her.

I thought I'd be on the Lea Michelle band wagon but her feet were really unimpressive and I'll be surprised if she gets a vote from me all season

Irina has a serious advantage being barefoot in a lot of her pictures but I prefer Selena's feet to hers regardless

Rosie vs Olivia is a tough one. Both women are beautiful but I got to go with Rosie. To many things working in her favour I think shes just one of the sexiest women in this competition. I'm very excited to see how she does this year.

Sorry Kim, my dreams pretty much consist of Carmen Electra's feet (along with Katharine McPhee's) so no contest for me there. Although it should be noted Kim has some very nice feet.

Damn you National, just when I think I got my favorite for the year you throw Marissa Miller and her sexy feet at me? I fear when Carmen goes up against her.

Who doesn't love Eva Mendes? Unfortunately for her though Carrie's feet just flat out beat her today. Keep your head up Eva you'll be fine

Anna vs Lucy, not familiar with Lucy but I love those boots and the way her toes look I'll be somewhat surprised if she can beat the star power of Kournikova though shes got my vote. Cant wait to see more of her.

Tisdale all day no question for me

Jennifer Anniston's feet have just never done it for me. The only part about her I'm not crazy about oddly enough so I got to go with Mila

Katy Perry always wears nice heels so that wins her brownie points but theres just no way she can beat Emmanuelle Chriqui

Victoria wins vs Megan for me but alot of that was seeing her Soles in the youtube video. Pics wise I thought they were about even.

Miranda Kerr's arch won me over. Very sexy

Gotta go with Jessica Alba her toes were to much for Kate to deal with

hm...I gotta go with Audrina over Candice here. I think I might be alone with the deck being somewhat stacked against her with all those feet in Candice's gallery I think her votes are going to be extremely high. But Audrina has such a great arch I love her toes.

Very excited to see where the votes are at. Thanks again National this game is great.

I'm glad to see how everyone is excited about the hopes and expectations about this year's competition. I'm certainly excited about what this season can bring us.

Swman, I think, is the only one in here who has voted in the contest from the beginning to the end of the first season. I'm glad to see him back, especially.

I'll be making a few comments throughout the week, capping it up with my usual rundown of my comprehensive overview of what has happened in the week and how I think those things can change the course of events in the Fashionistas.

You asked about Lucy Hale. Here's her wikipedia profile to go along with a couple of innocent clips to give you some idea of what she's like.

Now this is the place to be for all things famous and all things about their feet. That cannot be said enough because it's here where this type of conversation matters.

There's something about Kim Kardashian in those pictures that makes me think that she knows she's going to win this week. This is always an intense rivalry, and the fact that it's taking place in the first week of the season tells me that both of them might have tougher challenges ahead.

But if there was ever a champion, it's Carmen. She still has the sex appeal to get by just about anyone. And I see her making it all the way to the finals, I don't care what Marisa Miller thinks.

I think Carmen still has it left in her to give all she has before her power runs out for good. And I don't see that happening this year. It seems like there's always someone who's counting her out, thinking that her time has long gone. It's like they don't learn.

Carmen will win her division this year. If that happens, look out!

Carmen Electra Lives On!

Man!

This is the first time I'm participating in this and already I think this is the best thing I've ever seen!

My mouth is wide open as I'm typing this. The thing that popped out the most was that video from Rosie Huntington Whiteley. That was SUPER HOT. I think that was one of the best videos I've seen. She definitely got my vote. And what makes it even more compelling is that she's up against Olivia Munn. Her video looked like she was born ready for something like this.

So let me get this straight. Each girl has sixteen matches. The girl with the most wins in each group will become champion of that group. Right? And in each class, any other two girls who have the best records even though they are not champions of their groups will also make the playoffs.

If that's the case, I have no idea how this will really play out because a lot of these women are just stunning. They have sexy feet. To me, I can't decide which division will be the toughest.

I do remember Anna Kournikova winning that match back in November to qualify as the final girl for this contest. She blasting the other girl away! And looking at her Lucy's videos, I feel so bad for her because she seems like a very sweet girl. It makes you feel sort of guilty for not voting for her, but Anna's feet are just spectacular.

Victoria Justice and Megan Fox. This match makes it feel like I'm watching Wrestlemania. This is one of those matches in the card that could easily be the main event, but is one of the matches towards the end of the night that can steal the show.

Victoria is ridiculously cute. Let's see: Hot as hell. Check. Level head. Check. VERY classy. Check. Decent comedic actress. Check. Great looking feet. Check

I foresee a long and illustrious career ahead of Victoria. I saw that youtube clip. If she can do that with her feet, then just imagine how she does with footjobs......

Having said that, I went with Megan.

Mila, Mila, Mila.....Oh, mama mia! I don't think my mouth has yet to close. With Mila also in the mix, I don't know what to think anymore. There is nothing bad you can say about this girl. If you just look at the pictures of only her face, she automatically wins.

But Rosie's pictures and that clip....WOW!!!

Posted by Duffy (Member # 33742) on :

You're right about that Rosie video. That was quite a show and it did the job in getting this week started on a hot note.

But when I saw the polls earlier, she was behind Olivia but a few more votes. I couldn't believe it. I think anyone who voted for Olivia did so because they didn't see Rosie's clip. Believe me, I'd get with Olivia's feet in a second if they were offered to me. But this is Rosie we're talking about. I'm with Nusuth when he said that it was a bit surprising to see Munn with that kind of a lead over that girl. It's one thing to have Olivia beat Rosie. But Rosie is too good to lose to anyone by a bunch.

Even though it's early in the season, I'm going to make my prediction as to who will make the finals. Of course I have Megan from the NFC. From the AFC I have Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. An all Transformers finals.

And for Candice, she is as creamy as they cum. I-I mean come.

Last year, Audrina lost to Megan Fox in the opening week. This match, also, can cost the loser the number 1 seed and the bye for the playoffs.

Candice's feet look like what feet are supposed to look like. It's amazing that Audrina is holding firm to her lead. We'll see what happens when the 40 or so voters cast their picks.

Carrie Underwood is getting no mention even though she's doing very well against Eva Mendes. A win for her this week, can be the first step for what could be her first good year in this contest. I'm glad that she's finally getting the attention she deserves, as I think her feet are one of the best looking ones in this contest. Her pictures are the proof of that.

A lot of matches this week are playoff-like matches. I voted for Megan over Justice. I knew I was going to vote Megan before I saw their pictures. But when I actually did, they convinced me that I made the right choice. Victoria's pictures are damn hot as well because she needs pictures like those to beat someone like Megan. Even though Victoria did very well for herself last year, I might consider it an upset if she pulls this off against Megan. This match deserves to be this close, but I expect Megan to win this one.

One of the things I looked forward to was to see which division Mila was going to wind up in. She should could count her blessings that she's not in a division with Audrina or Candice and Megan. In the division she's in, I expect her to win it without much of a problem. Ashley was the girl who made this contest VERY captivating last year. I expect her to finish this year with a winning record but not enough wins to get past Mila. Mila can do no wrong. She should use her division as a warm up to when she faces the best of the best when the playoffs arrive. This contest has a lot of star power, and Mila will be right along with the best of them without a question. I see her winning at least 12 matches before the playoffs begin.

No, you got it right the first time. [Big Grin]

National, you have done a superb job in putting this together. I was curious to see who Candice would face to start the year. But I didn't expect her to face Audrina THIS early. Marketing genius on your part to make the type of main event that draws the big ratings in the first week. I voted for her this week for all the reasons anyone else has mentioned.

Great to see you give in your two cents, although I think it's worth more than that. Personally, I don't see a problem with anything you said. I think the part that you feel can be controversial is what you said about Jessica Alba. She's very popular, no doubt, and I do like her feet. But I don't fall head over heels over them, and I can see how you can view them as you do.

Going on something DSW said, I want to know if this week's classic between Candice and Audrina was purposefully set up that way to garner the most interest to kick off the week in hyper drive or if it was randomly selected to take place this week. Either way, I LOVE it!

This is turning out to be a week to remember for some time to come.

In this week's Classic, Candice Swanepoel begins her campaign as champion by going up against Audrina Patridge. This is a rematch from last season's National Class Championship match (the semi-finals), and it showcases just how alluring and persuasive both women are.

It's a tradition here in the Fashionistas to have the defending champion get the prime time slot, the main event, the Classic of the Week in first week of the new season. This match should live up to every billing because of the high profiles both women live by and the prolific presence they demand and receive in this contest.

Audrina has been the most consistent winner in the National Female Class over the last two years, but Candice Swanepoel is the Official Symbol of the National Female Class. She took her captaincy and became the world champion in her first year under that title as the go-to girl of the NFC.

Audrina still seeks to capture her first world championship.

This is the ultimate test for her to see if she can get herself started on the right track. For Candice, it was a challenge to get to the top. Now, the challenge becomes greater if she wants to stay at the top.

Right now, that match has been a bit of a nail biter because at this time 24 hours ago, Audrina held an eight-vote lead, a lead that stayed that consistent for quite a while. About twelve hours later, I found out that Candice had caught up to Audrina and tied her to make this very interesting. Things stayed tied for a while before Audrina gets the better part of the voters and now finds herself in her second eight-vote lead of the match.

Either Candice will have the magic of a superstar and show us what champions are made of, or Audrina will show us the antidote to Candice's potion and set a new tone in where this season is headed.

I'll say that almost 100‰ of how I set the schedules for all the women are just matter of luck when I draw the names out of a shoebox. The match between these two was selected out of pure luck.

Before the season starts, I know automatically know who each girl will face as soon I set up each division (the new girls were put in their respective divisions by way of luck of the draw as well). After that's done, the only thing I need to figure out is the order in which each girl will face her opponents. For Candice, Audrina's name was the first one to appear, and so on for the subsequent girls whose names were drawn.

The only thing I kind of fix is when the rematches will take place. Notice how you never see the rematches in the first half of the season. All rematches take place in the second half of the year. For Marisa Miller, for example, Joanna's name was the first one out of the box. Her name then goes back in the box because each girl faces her divisional rivals twice. If Joanna's name comes up again "too soon", I put it back in the box and draw out a different name. No girl is allowed to have a rematch against any division rival until at least three weeks have gone by.

Well guess what?........ You might want to look at that score again.

After watching her clip, I guess men started to fear that they'll forget Valentine's Day. I won't be surprised if Munn wins, but I'll be disappointed if she does. Not because I don't like her, but because the win would come at the expense of Rosie.

Kate Upton is something to marvel about. I love her last picture in her gallery when she's smiling at the lovely girl walking by. Lovely shot, too.

I'm more impressed with the choice of shoes Longoria went with. Something about black shoes that brings out the best in a woman. I heard very little about Jayde, but I do know is that Jayde and Audrina do not get along. But at least Audrina can take the comfort in knowing that she has a nice lead while Nicole can't say the same.

Marisa and Joanna is perfection vs. perfection. Perfect bodies, perfect feet. It took me longer to vote on that match than any of the others this week. Everyone else can understand why.

I don't feel Stacy is overhyped. Mouth watering feet, long legs, small vagina ....

What's not to like about her?

Finally we're back to the real celebrity forum in this forum. There's no need to go else where when you have all the best pictures right here in terms of quality and quantity.

Congratulations to National for sticking with this concept long enough to celebrate a fifth season. His hard work and dedication when organizing a foot fetish contest for famous woman is second to none, and it makes for the best and most lively discussions on this board. Without this thing, the place would be quite boring.

I picked Longoria over Jayde.

I don't feel she's overhyped either. If she was going out with some d-lister, then perhaps. Clooney has great taste. A part of my feel that he will help her do even better in this contest than she did last year. Another part of me is not convinced that she'll do that well at the same time. Even though I don't like Carmen or her feet, I do think that her followers won't let her down. I bet National has some great pictures of her saved up that will help her win some pivotal matches down the line. With Kim, I truly believe that this will be her bounce back year. I think the controversy that surrounded her is going to help her, actually. She's hanging in there with Carmen still, which means that the negative publicity has changed the minds of many when it comes to her feet. I picked Kim to win this match, and perhaps her division largely because I don't think Lowndes will be much of a factor. I think Kim will get back to her old ways and be one of the dominant forces in the AFC.

I have high hopes for the hot geek as well. I picked her over Whiteley. I love the closeups of her feet. When I saw her placed in there with Miller, I smiled because I don't like Miller and Miller is in TROUBLE.

Munn's video, even though they edited out her words, shows someone who is true to what she believes in, which explains how she has become some sort of goddess with computer nerds and hardcore video gamers. That video showed that being passionate about video games is not some gimmick, but kind of her way of life, too. I bet that scored a lot of points with her fan base. I think she would be MANY guys dream girl. This is not someone who would just show up at some convention just to be some hot body on display, but as one of the guys. If she was a member of this forum, she would be the most popular one in here because she connects with foot fetishists and she'll be an active member in the video game section of this board. I think Megan Fox would be a close second.

Other than Jessica Alba, Anna Kournikova is another girl whose feet I'm THRILLED to see. By the way, National, I love how you have the R in her last name in reverse to really remind us that she's Russian. I can't believe this is her first year in here.

I'm GLAD Chriqui is back. Even though I think Kim will have revenge on everyone for having a miserable season last year, I think Emmanuelle will have a BETTER year. Her feet are flawless and I love the third picture in her picture set. That picture tells you all you need to know about just how confident she knows her feet are.

As far as for my picks for this year's finals, I think the final two girls will be the ones who are facing each other as we speak. For the AFC, we have Jessica Alba. For the NFC, we have Kate Upton. Those are my two girls who I predict will make the finals this year. Upton is my favorite among the new girls and I think she'll give Tisdale a run for her money.

Speaking of Alba,

I have a bone to pick with you, buddy. Even though that's your opinion, I have an even better one. Jessica Alba's feet will kick more ass than what you give them credit for.

Well spoken, as always. It always makes you stop and think about the magnitude of the situation when you give your take on things.

Now that we're in the final day of the voting, it is now amazing to see how Candice Swanepoel has bounced back after being down by eight votes for a second time in a match.

We have to pay closer attention to how this match finishes. If there are those who are Audrina fans out there, I would be nervous right now. How can a girl that hot with feet that are hot not hold those type of leads?

I voted for Candice and I'm nervous, too.

AnnaLynne McCord looks so good in her sets. I'm sticking with her to win her division just like I did the last year or two. I don't know how anyone can vote against her this week? I love her pictures in the shoe department set because those shoes are unlike the type of ones women typically wear, and the tip of her shoes makes you eager to see how her toes look like, which is very sexy.

Candice is coming to life now that we're on the last day before the poll closes. Both women have very sexy feet. It's like two planets colliding with each other.

Sounds good to me.

That Rosie video was the best POV video I've seen, even though foot fetish play was not involved. Now we know what Jason Statham gets at home after kicking major ass in the movies and in real life. If I were him, I'll piss Rosie off on purpose just so that she can tie me up, give me that lap dance, and ruff me up a bit. Olivia Munn will be Rosie's first victim of the year. I can't wait to see who wants to step up to her next week.

As for Megan, she's my overall favorite to win it all. I love her pictures, it's all in black, and looking at some of the pictures of her face, it looks like she's a woman gone mad or crazy. And I love it!

Victoria looks too innocent. In this world, people like me and Megan don't have time for that stuff. I want Megan to take those sexy shoes off and throw them at me from a distance. I'll like it, then I'll have her bent over.

Candice Swanepoel is too innocent as well. Megan will have her day with her.

wow, 100 votes? Thats awesome, great job National. Makes me laugh to think back to voter turnout in the first couple weeks of the first season. A few more people now.

Anyway I can already tell this one is gonna be a great season .

It has been a long time ago since Candice Swanepoel has been crowned as our champion and Ms. National Fashionista. She has spent the entire off-season ravishing in her celebration as the World's Best and basking in all of the perks that come with that title.

Now that that has been put behind us, the new year means a fresh new start. The new year means new expectations from the new women to have a the grandest stage as a place to set the names, and perhaps a legacy, for themselves. For the veterans, it means that the Fashionistas is a place to build on their résumés as women who hold a place in men's interest, a place to show everyone that they are amongst the modern day greats who can be added to the list of women who have made an impact in Hollywood from the Silent Era all the way through to this day and age of fast information and greater access to your favorite starlets and SuperModels who have made that profession a world wide phenomenon since the 1960s.

KIM KAR-DASHING

For those who are new to this contest, the concept I want to introduce you to is that throughout the last four years of the National Fashionistas are the rivalries that have taken place. These rivalries have helped this contest develop an identity that no other creator of any other contest can claim to have.

There have been a few small rivalries that the fans have enjoyed in the past, like the one between Kate Beckinsale and Scarlett Johansson, the one between Jessica Alba and Olivia Wilde, Megan Fox against Audrina Patridge.

The first big rivalry is credited to Carmen Electra and Kim Kardashian. Carmen has been a dominant staple in the AFC since the very beginning, with a résumé that most women can only dream of achieving. Kim Kardashian arrived in the Fashionistas in its second season, was placed in Carmen's division, and everyone knew from that moment that Kim wasn't going to let Carmen get things to go in her favor that easily.

Kim was the one who got revenge on Carmen by putting a stop to her bid of having a perfect season when she defeated her in the rematch of the final week of the 2009 season before heading onto the playoffs. Carmen one-upped her by eliminating her from the playoffs a couple of weeks later.

Kim took matters into her own hand and went on to become champion of the whole thing a year later, a year in which Carmen was just as close to winning the entire contest herself.

The rivalry died out just a bit last year when Kim went on to have a very disappointing season, finishing the year with only seven wins against nine losses.

The consensus after the year was over was that this was going to be the beginning of the end for Kim while Carmen was still on the path to more greatness to add to her legacy.

Then comes the whole mess when controversy surrounded the authenticity of Kim's love for an NBA player, and the vast, vast majority of the population at large still believes that her marriage to him was elaborate scam to begin with. More reason for people to believe that Kim was done in this contest. Right?

Not so fast. Because Kim has made a statement that is very telling. That message might've put the entire AFC on notice that she might've been down ... but she's not dead. As was noted earlier by someone who posted his message, this might be Kim's bounce back year.

This rivalry has taken on a different meaning because she has defeated her biggest rival in the first week of the Fifth Season of the National Fashionistas.

That was Carmen's first loss in Week 1, making Megan Fox as the only girl who has participated in this contest since the first or second season to go undefeated in Week 1 with a 4-0 record. Carmen is not 4-1 in Week 1.

Is Carmen Electra dying out? After seeing how she captivated this contest since the very beginning, I would not worry about her. Sure, people had the same feeling about Kim last year when she lost to Carmen in Week 1 before she went on to have her embarrassing year. But with Carmen, I don't have that feeling.

Let's see if that perception of Carmen holds up. She intends of capping off the first five years of this contest by winning the Salvatore Ferragamos after becoming the National Fashionistas' first-ever champion.

----

THE NEW GIRLS WHO ARE THE NEW VETERANS

Mila Kunis is the head of the class of new women who are entering the Fashionistas for the first time. She was the one who opened the door for other high-profile famous women to enter this contest as well.

Mila is made for this contest and she has been waiting for an invitation from me for a long time. After making the announcement that she will be a part of this, she immediate was met with a lot of praise as if a parade was taking place to celebrate her long-awaited arrival. She was placed in a conversation of one of the girls who will take over the NFC and start a legacy of her own. She's off to a great start against Jennifer Aniston. That was a good win, especially when you consider that the win was against a division rival. Wins like that kills two birds with one stone.

As far as the rest of her division goes, that will be a test to see if her arrival has been well worth the wait.

Kate Upton is another new girl who I billed as The Next Big Thing. She's the thrid-youngest woman to join this contest in its history, behind Vanessa Hudgens and Victoria Justice. She has time on her side because even if she doesn't make a run for the playoffs this year, she will be one of the heavy hitters in the history of this contest by the year 2022, when she'll be just 29 years old.

Twenty nine!

Being that she has little star power compared to the other women, she is in no rush to make big impacts right away. I will not hold her accountable if she disappoints me this year because she will always have a spot in this contest. Her spot is secured for a long time to come.

They call her Kate "The Great". By the time she retires from the Fashionistas, we will see just how much so.

Then Mila has Ashley Tisdale to deal with. Anyone who was there last year will tell you that she had one of the more magical seasons that will be remembered forever. I'll touch on that more next week.

So Mila to live up to her hype, she has those obstacles to deal with.

--

Then we have Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and none other than Olivia Munn. It was hard for me to keep the secret that she was going to be a part of this whole thing this year. Those two faced each other this week, in what will set off another big, big rivalry, and that's before we even consider the type of impact Marisa Miller and Joanna Krupa will have on them.

For those who are worried about Olivia Munn losing her first match, although it's disappointing to see her lose, I wouldn't worry about her too much. There have been a lot of cases of women making the playoffs after losing Week 1 and women who have missed the playoffs after winning in Week 1.

The Women And Their Fortunes After a Week 1 Win or Loss --

- Audrina Patridge made the playoffs after losing.
- Irina Shayk made the playoffs after losing.
- Jessica Alba made it after losing.
- Kate Beckinsale missed the playoffs after winning.
- Miranda Kerr missed it after winning.
- Katherine McPhee missed it after winning.

And all of this happened last year. Just imagine the more example I could come up with if I were to go back further than that.

So I understand that losing this week puts her behing. But we have months to go before we have the complete picture set.

These new girls have the high status power to come in here and act like veterans even though they are rookies.

----

POWER DIVISIONS

Last year, Division II of the NFC was the most competitive division in the history of this contest. Audrina, Katy Perry and Victoria Justice all finished with at least eleven wins. Katy Perry hold the record for winning the most matches for someone who missed making the playoffs with eleven wins. 99 times out of 100, eleven wins gets you in the playoffs.

Division III of the NFC has the re-emergence of Emmanuelle Chrqui and Anna Kournikova to go with Candice Swanepoel and the Villainess of the contest in Megan Fox.

These two divisions have done something after Week 1 that has never happened before. For the first time in history, every member of one division started the season 0-1. That being Division II. And if that weren't enough, it's also the first time in history that every member of one division has started the season 1-0. That being Division III.

For Audrina's division, that says a lot for a group of women that know know how to dominate and dominate.

Let's not forget Marisa's division as being a powerhouse to go along with Stacy's division with Kim and Carmen.

The best part of all of this is knowing that some of these women are going to be amongst the bottom of their divisions. Incredible when you consider that these women are already great to begin with.

----

VICTORIAs SECRET IS NOW OUT!

Candice Swanepoel is the Official Symbol of the NFC. She came into this contest last year with that title to claim her captaincy. That was met with a bit of controversy because no one understood why I placed her at the top of the pecking order, especially if she was someone who not only never competed in the contest before, but someone who no one has ever heard of.

Even after starting the season 9-1, after becoming the first woman to beat Megan Fox twice in their two meetings, there was still doubt as to whether she can carry the torch I handed her. After becoming the Number 1 seed last year, after making the Finals Classics, she was still the underdog.

Her win over Marisa Miller last year to become champion was considered as the first upset in the history of the Finals.

I knew what Candice's secret was. I saw something in her that I never saw in any other woman. I'll delve into that as the year goes along. But all I say for now is that she has different spells that she can cast on anyone who is willing to find out just how immeasurable intangibles and euphoria can be.

Candice Swanepoel is mesmerizing. That word is the one factor that is enough to be calm and collected, smooth, silky and sexy to grace her way through the Fashionistas as she is now, not only the Official Symbol of the NFC, but as The Face of the contest.

Audrina Patridge needs to fix her terrible habit that I'm afraid she's developing. That's the habit of relinquishing huge leads. In what was definitely of the greatest matches of all time, Audrina held off Ashley Tisdale in last year's playoffs. And now, another classic match shows Audrina blowing two eight-vote leads in the middle of the match and late in the match.

She better nix that habbit ... NOW. Because if you though this week was tough for Audrina, she'll be in for a challenge next week.

--

But this week, Candice finished us off on a very positive note.

National Fashionistas, Season №5 is in full swing.

See you on Tuesday night for Week 2.

That was quite a fascinating read, National. All the detailed information makes me wish that I can turn back the clock to have been a fan of this contest for as long as it has. Thanks for giving us a bit of a history lesson with your last post because it gives us new folks something to catch up on and be able to connect with other who have been through the different phases of your contest. It was like a Fashionistas book for beginners who are new to this who want to learn the history.

Stacy Keibler's pictures make her feet look as excellent as it always does. Miranda Kerr definitely look elegant and her feet gave us a close look at her killer arches.

AnnaLynne McCord's feet looked spectacular in her two galleries and Megan Fox's feet in those shoes were something to really give you something to smile about. That guy From Hell was right about what he said about her facial expressions. They definitely added character to those pictures and it fits with her personality real well. It was also interesting that National noted that she's the villainess of this contest. I say she fits the bill just fine.

And Candice Swanepoel as the face of this contest. Well, God bless her! It will be interesting to see how she does against the likes of Mila Kunis and the other top notch women.

Thanks again, National for such an amazing effort you put forth to make this contest my best reason for being in this forum.

I can get access to a plethora of pictures and the video clips adds more flavor to this contest.

Your efforts are second to none.
