Every week there's something new to talk about. There's never a dull moment in this contest.

First off, I want to talk about last week after reading what National had to say in his closing monologue. What you said about Stacy Keibler really resonated with me because what you said was extremely fair and right down the middle. I don't remember if you ever went off on another woman in his contest the way you did with Stacy last week.

Moving on.

With every girl taking the week off this week being some of the better ones of this contest, it certainly left room for some rather interesting matches for the ones who are in action this week.

Mila Kunis is the first girl that just popped into my head, so I'll talk about her. A great layout of pictures from her photospread of Bazaar magazine. I've seen the cover of it as I walk by newsstands. Now to get to see what's in there makes it intriguing. But what really made her gallery special this week was the video showing behind the scenes of the shoot and the web link that shows us one of the shoes she wore in the shoot. That's such an awesome feature, being able to play around with it and zooming in.

And Irina's presentation this is well done. Amazing with how expensive the things she had on. Everything she had on in the first picture is more expensive that anything I had on today. I mean, the most expensive thing I had on today was my coat, which doesn't cost much more than that BRACELET she had on!

I'm thankful that this contest treats us like spoiled children with all these pictures when no one else wants to.

And the hits just keep on comin' for Olivia Wilde! At first, it seemed like Alba's schedule was quite hectic to deal with. Ever since that win to Olivia, it seemed like everything else became a whole lot smoother and a lot easier. Now that Alba has the week off, she can sit back and relax as she watches Marisa give Olivia Wilde such a hard time to beat her.

Alba is going to enjoy her week off.

Speaking of time off, this is not a good time for Audrina to take the time off. Now, she has two weeks to deal with her loss she suffered last week to Emmanuelle who's taking the perfect time to enjoy her time off.

Lucy Hale is 0-6. But with that record, she's still two wins behind McCord, who's leading her division with two wins. Lucy is just a couple of wins behind McCord for the division lead. It's so funny because it's entirely possible that Hale can still win her division. I think we should organize a petition to make Lucy division champion. She just might have to wait for another week, at least, if she wants to enjoy her time in the sun. But just when I thought that, there was Joanna Krupa. I like Krupa a lot. Sorry, Lucy, not this week.

You know, that is funny. With the way things are going in that division, Lucy can start the season 0-8 and STILL win that division with four wins, let's say. [Laugh]

That's not a bad idea, what you proposed. I didn't think she was going to win many matches anyway, but I didn't think she was going to get bombed week after week. Makes you feel sorry for her because if there's anyone in this contest who hasn't done anything to get on people's nerves, it's her. I mean, I voted for Krupa anyway because she's my pick to win the whole thing. But when I came your comment, I think I might go along with this. The chances of Lucy pulling this off is like 1 in a million, but I guess it's worth a shot. This might go down as the funniest thing ever.

Audrina choose a bad time to take the week off. So did Victoria. Nikki Reed will win her match. I voted for Katy this week, but I will not be disappointed if she lost to Jayde Nicole. With Nikki's win being certain while Katy's isn't, that will put Nikki just two wins behind Audrina with another half of the season to go. Just as when it looked that Audrina was enjoying a comfortable lead in her division, Nikki has caught storm all of a sudden and is starting to make things interesting.

Time will tell is this Nikki surge is just a short-lived sensation or a trend.

Even though I said that this is not a good week for Audrina to take the time off, I see no reason for her to really panic. I should know better by now that she is one of the most consistent winners in the history of this contest. Like National said last week, she's in that category where a loss for her is treated as if the world has stopped spinning because she almost never loses. Audrina will be just fine. Every woman in this contest is going to have a little bump in the road on the way to success. It certainly doesn't look that way for Marisa because she's making everything look easy, but you know what I mean. I'll go as far as to say that I'll be SHOCKED if Audrina is eliminated from the playoffs in the first or second round. Shocked.

Yeah, Nikki will make things interesting for the time being. But Nikki is not going to take the division from Audrina. Audrina won her division last year with Katy and Victory directly behind her in the standings. If Audrina doesn't own her division, she's going to lease it with the option to buy.

Things might be a bit uncomfortable for Audrina now, but she'll be just fine.

Let me also take this time to thank National for putting in the time and effort to really make this contest into something vastly better and different from any other foot contest I've come across.

Irina's profile this week is the epitome of what this contest is about. It's cool to have the listings of what she wore and how much they cost, especially her shoes. Someone who looks that hot, someone with feet that exceptional is worth wearing shoes that expensive. Her feet and those pricey shoes are a perfect match in heaven. I love the Behind the Scene pictures. Some of them were foot shots. Everything about Irina's profile this week is upscale and trendy. For any foot lover, Irina just did you a huge favor by catering to your needs this week.

I think Marisa Miller should be on the lookout for her. I also would love to see Marisa go up against Kate Upton. I want to see how Marisa fares out against those women. Personally, I think Marisa will have a tougher time against Kate than would against Irina, but Irina has a legitimate shot at putting an end to Marisa's bid to having a perfect season.

Irina is something special, someone with spectacular feet. The pictures prove it.

Jessica Lowndes is a GODDESS. WOW, I didn't know she can look THAT hot and sexy! Looking down at her shoes makes me think that her feet taste like cherries when you combine the color of the shoes and the color of her toenails.

The fact that Victoria is last in her division doesn't sit too well with me at all.

This is your captain speaking.

What a past couple of weeks this has been for Marisa Miller. Did anyone see what she did to Lucy Hale last week? Lucy is a little girl. A little girl. She went up against Marisa last week and failed the FAA exam. That's Federal Aviation Administration, for those who are interested. She failed in the oral, physical, and the written parts. She couldn't hold a constant altitude for the duration of the test. I was not positively impressed by Lucy because she deviated vastly from such a requirement. She was denied a second chance because she demonstrated an unsafe and reckless attitude. She's poorly qualified and unprepared for the certification.

Marisa, on the other hand, treated this match as if it were your typical flight from New York to D.C. The flight was simple, fast, painless, and done before you knew it. I can fly the plane in that distance with my eyes closed. That's how easy that match was.

This week, it gets even EASIER because she's facing Olivia Wilde. Did you hear about what happened to that JetBlue pilot a couple of days ago? For those that don't know, let's just say that the captain of that plane got on the intercom and said that this was your pilot freaking. I bring this up because that's the state of affair in Olivia's flight crew. They are freaking out, they are in panic, and they have to make emergency landings because everything's in disarray. Only this time, against Marisa Miller, Olivia's plane will crash.

And when Olivia's plane crashes into bits and pieces, do you know where she ends up? In the news.

[Laugh]

This is too EASY. Mark my words: Marisa Miller is going UNDEFEATED. There's not one girl in this contest who can beat her this year. Not even Audrina. Forget Audrina. Jayde Nicole is better than her, anyway. Besides, unlike Audrina, Jayde Nicole is all natural. [Smile]

Well, a strong case can be made that Marisa Miller will go undefeated. Like foot fashion industry said, Irina Shayk is a strong contender to be able to put a stop to Marisa. Even though Rosie has one loss, she can give Marisa a run for her money. What a match that'll be if Kate Upton finds herself facing Marisa.

Speaking of Upton, she's in an interesting main event this week. If anyone has learned anything over the course of last season, and what we've seen so far this year, no lead is comfortable against Tisdale. I voted for Upton this week, but I won't get too comfortable with the lead she has.

And I'm pleasantly pleased to see that AnnaLynne is making a run against Megan Fox. Her feet look stunning this week and I love how she looks in her second gallery.

Carrie Underwood gets my vote this week and so does Katy Perry. Looking at her pictures this week tells you everything you need to know as to why you should vote for her. My eyes opened up just as wide as her mouth did in those photographs.

Katy Perry is definitely all natural. Not sure about Jayde, though.

[Mmm]

Jessica Lowndes is growing on me more by the week. I love her even more just by looking at what she's wearing this week. She's slowly becoming more of a favorite in here.

Everyone in that division is facing each other this week. It's crazy to think of the possibility of Stacy and Lowndes taking over that division after Carmen and Kim have taken hold of that division for a long time.

This is one of my favorite matches this week.

Every week I'm treated to something very special when I come in here. Everything I see here is the payoff for all the hard work and dedication you put into making this place the absolute best place to visit for celebrity feet. With what we have with Mila Kunis, Miranda Kerr, Irina Shayk, when you at at the gory details of what they have on, makes this contest the only place where these women become three dimensional. It's not enough to show just one picture of a certain celeb. There has to be something more to that, and National has done the best job in highlighting what other contests or celeb forum seems to miss.

I take all of this in week by week and cherish the moments.

Irina's section this week is what makes all of this part of luxury. The shoe department pics of other women brings your other senses to life, making you feel more at home with our foot fetish. I'm having so much fun with the special link highlighting Mila's shoe she wore from the photoshoot. It's fun when you put it on full screen and zoom in because it makes you imagine what it must have been like for Mila's feet to be in those shoes.

Irina's behind the scene photos gives us a great idea of what being a super model is like. It's something we don't get the impression from when we look at her first gallery, but Irina's closeups are one of the best I have ever seen.

This is truly the place to be for celeb feet.

The match between Kate and Tisdale can give us a heads up as to who will most likely take that division. I went with Kate on this one, but that decision was not easy to make at all.

Eva Mendes was the main talk last week, but Rosie is serious about this foot thing. Love the shots of her ass, too. Major, major turn on.

I usually vote for Olivia Wilde, but not this week. Marisa Miller is simply out of this world. I love how her feet look in those shoes because they make you want to take them off to see the rest of what's hiding in there.

McCord's pictures doesn't look like someone who's 2-4. They look more like someone's who's at least 4-2.

And Carrie Underwood's feet is severely under-rated. I see that division coming down to McCord or Underwood. Lucy Hale's situation is so funny because she can still win that division very easily with that record she has.

I wonder if anyone here, especially Nusuth, would approve of a division champion with a losing record?

This is a big test for Carmen. If she can pull this off, her season lives on for another week. But if she loses to Lowndes, I think her season will be in serious jeopardy. Victoria Justice is on the verge of having the same kind of dilemma to overcome. Both of these women will have to win out the rest of the way if they want to make the playoffs.

Right now, five losses for each of them is too much to have at mid way through the season. That's the same amount of losses that playoff contenders have by the time the entire season is over.

I'm hoping Victoria can turn things around in the second half of the season. Carmen, not so much.

If Katy Perry was like that around me, I would not be filing for divorce anytime soon. I don't know what Russel was thinking.

i do find it a little crazy that that while division has a losing record although, other than eva, i do think its a rather weak division. this whole season seems a little off though. Victoria Justice is 2-5? Katy Perry 2-5? i think though that maybe its due to National's sheer brilliance and hard work on making this contest run as well as it does.

that said, i just glanced at the results and in almost all the matches, i chose the loser. oh well, i guess i dont have to share [Wink]

What a way to start. Great match up and Miranda Kerr takes it with that beautiful arch.

Wow another tough one. Want to go with Stacy but I think Kim just has her beat this time

Now this one is easy for me going Carmen love that polish on her toes and Jessica Lowndes heels look like they are 1/2 size to big. Not working for her.

Olivia Wilde has a great chance this week I think but my vote goes to my girl Marisa

Anna is being modest this week and Nikki is showing off. this ones a blow out for Nikki

Speaking from a purely foot and leg perspective I don't see how you go with Megan here. Now I'm not an fool I know that series of pics is going to get Megan quite a few votes and she has her stable of fans but I think AnnaLynne McCord wiped the floor with her this week.

Oh Lucy, I'm so sorry once again I throw my support behind a girl is she does spectacularly bad. That being said I know shes had some tough draws but she should not be win less and shes getting my vote again. Shes only showing two toes on each foot but they are far superior to what I'm seeing from Krupa. Lets hope this is Lucy's week.

Two girls whose feet I just don't find all that great. I'm going Lea in this one.

I'm going Selena in this one. Mila looked ok in this one and I think Selena's toes got me on her side.

Olivia Munn is someone I thought would kill in this competition but after week she just leaves me unimpressed. I'm going Carrie. She has far better feet and what the hell is with Olivia's toe nail polish. her toes looked infected...its gross

I'm having trouble deciding in this Eva vs. Rosie matchup...and thats why I'm going Eva. Shes the veteran and I know I love her feet. Rosie is great but I got to give it to Eva when its this close.

Interesting match up here with Jayde and Katy. Im going to be honest and I'm glad 18th floor & foot_fashion_industry both just talked about how they like katy Perry cause I'm going the opposite way and we get to explain the different points of view that make this contest great. I dont dislike Katy but I think there are alot more attractive aspects of her then her feet.
Now that being said Im a huge stocking/hose guy so its fun to judge this match cause there's more to it then just who has better feet. I think I'm going Jayde mainly because when you cant see their feet that well you have to go off a few other things and Jayde, IMO, has the sexier stockings/hose, sexier shoes, and I like the look of her legs just a little more. fun battle though.

Tisdale almost won me over with the shoe department pics after a pedestrian effort with those beach pics. Had a golden opportunity to beat a very tough opponent but blew it with almost no good shots. Kate gets the vote

FIRST HALF EVALUATIONS

We are now through with the first half of the season. It's interesting to look at the standings and see how these women are stacking up. When this season started back in February, I want to know if these women are doing as well as you thought they should do by this point through the season.

Time certainly does fly around here and before you know it, we would be getting ready for the playoffs.

The great angle that comes with the second half of the season is to see whether some of these women can hold the leads they have or if they will falter and give way for the women surging in from behind.

The big mistake a lot of people make when the first half of the season is over is to start making playoff reservations right now as if everything is already in the books. There are definitely exceptions to that rule, for example Marisa Miller. Unless she inexplicably falls off the face of the earth in the second half of the season, then there's no reason to believe that she won't make the playoffs. In the history of the Fashionistas, every girl who has finished the first half of the season with a 7-0 or an 8-0 record has made the playoffs. Every girl. Marisa Miller is the Official Symbol of the AFC and the defending American Class Champion. She is stronger now than she has ever been at this point in the season. That division has never been more competitive than it is now and Marisa is rolling on all cylinders. Reading what PanAm says about Marisa going undefeated, at least in the regular season, when I look at who she has left in her schedule, it is not far fetched to think that. Marisa's closest competitor is Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. She and Marisa have yet to face each other this season. Their first encounter has been the eventual match people are highly anticipating on. If Marisa can get to Rosie the first time around, the window of opportunity becomes much wider for Marisa to actually make up for last year's shortcomings by going undefeated and achieving immortality, some that only Megan Fox has done.

With that being said about Marisa Miller, let's go to Kate Upton for just a minute. Marisa Miller has already proven herself to this contest that she is one of the most consistent winners in history. After having such an amazing track record, she is a proven commodity in here. After achieving such a status, people start to get a sense that there's a pecking order in here. Anyone who senses that is absolutely correct. There is a pecking order in here because winners continue to win. Marisa Miller is far towards the top, that there's only one other woman who is at the peak of the pecking order. Her name is Candice Swanepoel. Candice is not only the Official Symbol of the NFC, not only is she the defending champion, but she is also the first woman to become the face of this contest.

Just like in the NFL, who have Peyton Manning and Tom Brady as players who are at the top of their pecking order, we have these two women who are the Golden Fashionistas of this contest.

None of this is to say that they will never ever lose another match ever ever again. Instead, what this is about is them having achieved these levels of success with a sense of cool, calm, and collective composure.

With Kate Upton, while she's at 7-0, there's still a watch on her only because she's a rookie. Yes, she's the most popular girl in the world right now and more opportunities are opening up for her that can help her become a household name. She is only 19 years old, and I said several times already that I am not expecting her to take this contest by storm. In fact, I said that I'm not rushing her to be the best she can be in this contest. Being that young, I am going to cut her a LOT of slack precisely because of that and because no one know who she was when the season started. I'm going to be extremely patient with her because even if she falls short of making the playoffs, there will always be a place for her in this contest. Kate Upton is not walking on any tight ropes with me because I've given her the safest of all nets.

There's a watch on Kate Upton not only because she's a rookie who was unfamiliar to just about everyone when the season started, let's not forget about Mila Kunis and Ashley Tisdale. With Aniston, my verdict is still not out with her because given her track record, I need to see if she can keep up with her winning ways.

Even though Kate Upton has more impressive wins than Mila Kunis and Ashley Tisdale, it can be argued that Kate's wins are more impressive than the other two girls combined.

Kate Upton is way ahead of schedule because she's doing a lot better than what others expected out of her. But since we're entering the second half of the season, let's not forget about Mila Kunis and Ashley Tisdale plotting for revenge.

----

People can not be too quick to jump to conclusions because we still have another half of the season to figure things out. If it were that simple, then the playoffs would start right not. The reason the playoffs aren't starting now is because who knows what can happen to any of these women. We have these matches in the event of an upset that can change the entire dynamics of the season. That Megan Fox loss to McCord this week is a terrible loss for Megan because she has to contend with the women in Division I of the NFC for one of the wild card spots. Megan Fox was 3-0 lifetime against AnnaLynne before losing to her this week.

----

Just for the record, Jessica Alba is the first woman in history to start a week in second place of her division and finish that same week in first place on a week where she took the time off.

• Technically, Alba holds first place of her division for the win she had over Wilde weeks before.

----

With the first half of the season now out of the way, women who haven't done so well up to this point can not forget about the past and now focus on making the most meaningful impact in the second half. These women can view the second half as the start of a new season. Only this time, they have to be on top of their games and not lose too many matches.

Victoria Justice and Katy Perry are the most prominent women in this category of women. Any woman with more than six losses will most likely not make the playoffs. Yes, seven losses can still get you in, but it's not so likely. Division IV of the NFC is becoming the weakest division in history because it's possible to have a division champion going into the playoffs with a losing record. That means that no wild cards would be coming out of there. That means that women like Victoria and Katy can NOT afford to lose any more matches. The only room for error I'm giving each one is the room to be able to afford one more loss in the season. Maybe two more losses. The biggest obstacle for either one to get to the playoffs, while being in the middle of a tremendous winning streak, is to be able to get through Audrina Patridge.

YIKES!

Don't think for a second that Audrina is going to do them any favors. Not because it's personal, only because it's business. Personally, she's on GREAT terms with both Justice and Katy. But Audrina is trying to get her elusive first world championship. That means, she's now starving to have a taste of what being a champion is like. To do that, she has to do favors for no one.

Here's something that'll make Audrina smile. Jayde Nicole has caught up to her record-wise this season. [Big Grin]

I bet a lot of people would like to know what my take is on Carmen Electra is. I don't want to say anything about it now because my monologue is already too long. But I will speak on it in the middle of next week. Carmen will be on the women who will take time off next week. I figured that that would be a convenient time to do it. It's definitely a different feel to the whole thing because we're so used to Carmen dominating. But I will say something about it sometime next week.

A special thanks to everyone who continues to show support for this contest and a special thanks to everyone who had very positive feedbacks in regards to women like Irina Shayk and Mila Kunis, especially.

This quote pretty much explained the whole feel to this contest ....

Also, that match between Jayde Nicole and Katy Perry was the first match in history to feature women's feet in stockings or pantyhose the whole way through. I think it was because of that that made that match all the more interesting to watch, and all that much more interesting to stare at the images.

The National Fashionistas has become a place that's more than just of these famous women. It's a place that delves into the high heel pumps they wear, the different angles of the particular shoes they wore, the price tags of the cost of those shoes, and gives you behind the scenes look at they way the live in luxury and how they promote that message to the women who want to be envied as much as they do.

These things put the 'fashion' in Fashionistas on the National scale.
