I haven't heard him say so explicitly, but I found this episode of his show where he interviews Sarah Chalke. Unfortunately for us, she does not show her beautiful feet. But Craig seems fascinated by them because of her really long toes which she calls "finger toes". He then asks if there is a site called "Ladies With Long Toes."

I think Jay Leno started this way as well. I remember him asking questions to female guests about their feet without being direct that he has a foot fetish.

Ah, Scrubs. An amazing show. Elliot is pretty hot, but I don't care much for her soles and her arch isn't very high. Cute toes though.
