BROOKLYN DECKER
This SuperModel makes it hard for just about every girl on the planet to shop for a swimsuit, let alone actually wear one in public. She's got enviable curves, almost as if her body was made for wearing those tiny triangles of lycra.

So it comes as no surprise that she was chosen as the cover girl for Sports Illustrated's swimsuit calendar. She's already been featured in numerous spreads for the magazine's swimsuit editions made headlines when she graced the cover in a bright yellow bikini for the 2010 edition of the magazine.

Along with conquering the swimsuit-modeling world, Decker has also done some acting. In these pictures, Brooklyn makes an appearance at the annual CNN Heroes: All Star Tribute event in Los Angeles.

GIUSEPPE ZANOTTI
Giuseppe Zanotti was born in San Mauro Pascoli, an Adriatic town with a long tradition in shoemaking. He has worked in luxury footwear for women for over twenty years, beginning as a design apprentice before making a name for himself as a footwear designer for Italian and international companies. Zanotti's high-fashion debut was at Christian Dior and he has since consulted for Roberto Cavalli, Missoni and Vera Wang. In 1994 Giuseppe Zanotti decided to try his hand in his own business. There followed a steady rise to distinction which fully justifies the international acclaim he now enjoys.

MARIA MENOUNOS
Maria attended the launch of 'Find Your FaceMate' at STK House in New York City.

According to the company's website, 'Find Your FaceMate' is described as, "a revolutionary new online dating site that employs sophisticated facial recognition software and a proprietary algorithm to identify partners more likely to ignite real passion and compatibility."

Before heading to the launch event, Menounos was also busy lending a helping hand at the 'Bing Summer of Doing' celebration in the afternoon.

PETRA NEMCOVA
Petra Nemcova was one of two women who I thought of as being the Official Symbol of the NFC before giving that position to Candice Swanepoel. Jennifer Hawkins was the other candidate. As a rookie in this contest, this is a great stage to make a name for herself, especially when you consider that she's in the same division as Candice Swanepoel herself. Petra was a former Covergirl for the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue as well some of the other models in this contest.

Since this contest is in memory and in dedication to Salvatore Ferragamo, it would be a nice added touch to add the media outlet that is fashion related, inspired from his ideas from Hollywood's Golden Era to the present day chic.

Channel Nine Network

Being that this is the National Fashionistas, this contest delves into different sub-sections to what appeals to the audience. Famous women are always in high demand, always the topic of gossip among females, and they serve as excellent and extremely reliable reference points to how the ladies can dress and look presentable. Shoes are always important when making their presence known, making their appearances noticeable to men and other women. Famous shoe designers is the driving euphoria that becomes the making of many shoe addicts among women who are always on the prowl for that extra hit to feed their addiction to shoes. For men, particularly those with shoe fetishes, women's shoes is part of the fashion industry that always looks for designs that pushes the edge or finds new ways of simplifying things when it comes to classy shoes, whether they are classics from the past or new classy models that's in the makings.

Here in the Fashionistas', there are times when I like to move away from the women of the contest, while still focusing on the Modeling or Fashion industry, which explains the Fashion in Fashionistas.

The fashion items of our preference are women's shoes. Channel Nine is the premier entertainment destination for shoe lovers everywhere. For your entertainment and enjoyment, here is an episode from their YouTube channel called Shoe Hoarders.

https://www.youtube.com/tv?vq=medium#/watch?v=uN1FLIAJCcc&mode=transport

This channel is for women who want to discuss and buy shoes online. The reason I'm presenting this to everyone is for entertainment value and share the appreciation we find in women's shoes.

I thought it would be catchy to show Channel 9 in Week 9.

National, you have so much going on in this week's contest that it might be impossible for the people to talk about all of this before the time is up. That is to say that you have done a tremendous job in organizing this thing together.

The one thing I want to get at real quick is that you labeled Bar's match against Irina as a personal vendetta. Then I remembered last time how you said that Irina's next match would be a catfight. Let me tell you, this match is fucking AWESOME! I don't know what started it, I never knew they had some kind of history together, but you must tell us what happened between them that made this a catfight. In the meantime, I'm voting for Irina Shayk.

They were at a crossroads about some guy's hair style. For guys, we just laugh this off. For women, hair means a lot when it comes to looks. A lot of jealous and animosity can arise when it comes to hair for these hot ladies.

I told you guys that this was not as serious as the Audrina/Jayde feud. But I, being the instigator, wanted to take this story and milk it for all it's worth.

Bar Refaeli is probably laughing this off, but Irina's the one who felt offended. I know that if both were put in the same room all by themselves, Irina won't say a word to Bar. Even if Irina accepts her apology, she would be phony in doing so before stabbing Bar in the back when she's not looking.

That's a great heel turn if I've ever seen one.

http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/soccer-dirty-tackle/bar-refaeli-irina-shayk-argue-cristiano-ronaldo-hair-180730608--sow.html

I love reading the comments left by the people. I love what they suggested when it comes to how they should settle this mini feud.

My AFC picks.

I picked Longoria over McCarthy. Looking at McCarthy's pictures, I wasn't sure if National meant for that gallery to be Carmen's because she's in the forefront of some of those pictures. Even if McCarthy was by herself, I still would've voted Longoria. Nice foot showing by Longoria. Very lovely indeed.

As much as Marisa is struggling this year, as much as I don't like her, I still don't see her losing many more matches this year. Even so, even if she goes on a winning streak, she still has Rosie and Bar to contend with before the season is over. Luckily for Marisa this week, she's got the most winnable match this week. Both Rosie and Bar are in for a long ride this week, and Miller could use this opportunity to gain some ground. I'm still voting for Menounos this week.

Jessica Alba loses to Heidi Klum a few weeks ago, the same girl who got beat by AnnaLynne McCord last week. Explain that one to me. [Confused] Anyway, Alba's first loss came at a time when National took a week off from this contest. Now that he took another week off, I hope Alba doesn't lose to Kardashian of all fucking people. Alba currently holds the number 2 seed in the AFC. Let's keep it that way. Actually, she's tied with Lowndes for the 2 seed, but Alba is without a doubt better in the foot department, ass department, eyes, whatever. That's a fact.

Tough match here with Stacy and Nina. I'm voting for Dobrev here. That clip is hilarious.

That gallerie was meant to be Jenny's. Carmen's in the forefront because she craves the attention. She can't help herself but to be in front of the camera, even if it's at McCarthy's expense. I thought it'll be cool if I showed those pictures and presented it from a different view for a change. Instead of seeing those pictures as Carmen's, see them as Carmen stealing the attention from Jenny, as Carmen's way of being playful. It's not Carmen's intent to hurt Jenny. It was done in good nature, all in the name of having a good time.

I think the word tremendous doesn't even cut it. This is more than tremendous. This shows celebrity feet passion and heart. I haven't seen any contest like this.

That match back in Week 8 between Audrina and Carmen was simply one of the best I've ever seen. It certainly lived up to that Wrestlemania feel where it was a classic match. Now we have more of the same this week. I can't believe we're seeing some of these matches this week because I don't think National didn't want to wait for the playoffs to see Kate Upton face Rosie or Irina facing Bar Refaeli. These are playoff previews, no doubt. I thought National was going to set it up so that we could see these matches for the first time in the playoffs.

For that Kate match against Rosie, I first went to that shoe size chart to see who had bigger feet between the two because I couldn't break the tie for myself. Both the same size. Then I went with Upton just for the heck of it. Those two are evenly matched.

I'm very nervous for both of them.

I wonder who Nusuth is voting for between Jessica Lowndes and Victoria Justice. That's his dream match of matches that doesn't involve Audrina. Both women look spectacular this week. Both want to let you know that their feet are to be viewed before you're done looking at their sets. Tough call for Nusuth. I went with Lowndes. With everything you say about those two, what goes through your mind, Nusuth, when picking between those two?

Posted by Jensen (Member # 33746) on :

Jessica Lowndes and Victoria Justice makes for a great match to watch. Lowndes has done a great job in this contest and this is Victoria's chance to get something done here. As bad as her record looks, she's not that far out of the wild card race in the NFC. She has two wins and the leaders of the wild card race have four wins. With eight weeks to go, that's all the time in the world for Justice to make some moves and get the first or the second wild card spot. For Victoria, this is a huge match. I voted for her.

Another big match that probably won't get a lot of coverage is Jennifer Hawkins vs. Kristen Stewart. HUGE match for those two. I voted for Hawkins. I think her feet are better looking than Kristen's. Looking at both of their records and where they stand in their divisions, no doubt that this is a huge match for both of them. The leaders of their divisions, Audrina and Heidi, are facing each other. If Audrina loses, for example, that'll be huge for Stewart if she wins. Same thing for Klum and Hawkins.

I must apologize to you and anyone else who's a big Alba fan. When I posted this week's matches, I listed Alba's record at 6-2. It wasn't until you made that statement that I realized that something wasn't right about it.

After going back a few weeks, I realized where I messed up with her record. Her record is actually 5-2 because she had a bye in Week 7. Lowndes has yet to take a week off. So as it stands, Lowndes currently holds the 2 Seed.

My apologies.

The people who left those comments in that article are right. Rosie and Irina should settle this beef in an oil wrestling match. Instead we have a catfight. Love those type of matches. I'll pick Irina because she's the aggressor. I'll pick Irina because she's taking this more seriously by the way she looks in those pictures.

Love the international flavor when you listen to those two speak in their natives languages. I had no idea what Irina said in that video, but it shouldn't matter because she's HOT. Irina's defending her man, and good for her! Bar picked the wrong model to start a fight with.

If Nina Dobrev can do that, then just imagine the real possibility that she can give a footjob from that position. Based on that clip, she should be in first place of her division. I voted for her this week. Too bad for Stacy is she loses that match. Look at her record compared to Carmen and Lowndes. Mid way through the season, a loss here will have Stacy lose a lot ground.

I voted for Megan, but you've gotta give it to Mila for the way she looks this week. If Mila wins this week, I'll be disappointed that Fox lost. However, I won't be mad at Mila. I mean just look at her.

We've been bad on Mila this year, and looking at her pictures makes us look stupid for not giving her more wins.

It was a bit of a letdown reading that, but no worries. It's better to give correct information anyway. If anything, I was going by with what said her record was to begin this week, and it seemed right with me. By the time the season is over, all of these women would've competed in the same number of matches. When Lowndes gets her week off, Alba will win that week to tie it all up. [Smile]

My NFC picks.

I'll vote for Aniston here. Decker is overrated. I've got Mila Kunis over Megan Fox. She and Kristen Bell should just kiss each other and the world would be a happier place. Great pictures from Mila this week. Very, very viewable. [Smile]

I voted for Jennifer Hawkins over Kristen. I don't know how one looks at Kristen Stewart and then decides to vote for her over Jennifer Hawkins. Better sense of foot fashion on the part of Hawkins.

I think Tisdale's record is misleading because she is very capable of beating the best of the best. She's got some dangerous pictures against Candice this week. I voted for Candice, but I'm going to hold my breath because I'm not entirely convinced that the vast majority are going to vote for Candice to win this match.

You couldn't be more right! That was a lighthearted, funny clip. You just gotta love how Conan jumped on the opportunity by walking over his own table all robotic 'n stuff. If that were me, I'll have that moment run through my head for the rest of my life, especially the part where her feet graced his dick for a second there. Love girls who can bend like that.

In Kate's match, I think we all wanted to see if she can get 70 percent of the vote like she does practically every other week. With Rosie, you don't expect Kate to run away with this.

Looks like Miller will run away with her match this week. She has to pray that both Rosie and Bar lose. It's possible that all three can happen this week.

And Jennifer Aniston looks fantastic in her pictures. Running through the desert in high heels is no easy task. But Aniston makes it look so effortless. She gets my vote this week. It won't do much to help Aniston if she wins, but at the same time it won't do much harm for Brooklyn if she loses. Looking at her division, a loss for Brooklyn won't change a whole lot in the standings. However, a win will do her a whole lot of good. For her, she needs this more than Aniston to stay competitive.

I'll comment on the other stuff later, the stuff about Channel 9.

I think Nusuth is still deciding on who to vote for between Victoria and Lowndes. That's the one match he has yet to vote on before pressing the Submit button to cast his votes. [Tongue]

GIUSEPPE ZANOTTI

When you read the descriptions under Kim Kardashian, you'll know that the shoes she wore in that photoshoot were those made from Giuseppe Zanotti. Those shoes were from the 2012 Fall/Winter 2012-2013 collection. It was inspired by the fashion photography of Helmut Newton. Newton is most famous for his nude photos of women taken in 50's & 60's. Many of Zanotti's designs were also great examples of popular shoe trends that fall.

Several famous women have already worn that collection: Scarlett Johansson was spotted in the crystal embellished stiletto during The Avengers promo tour; Jennifer Lopez wore the snake/wave sandal on American Idol and Selena Gomez performed in the ankle-wrap sandal.

Anja Rubik shows us other shoes that were part of that same collection.

Excellent work once again, National. An incredible week that also delves into the styles of some of these shoe designers. I really enjoy this. The Channel 9 link to that Shoe Hoarders episode is also a nice touch to everything else that's going on. That clip reminds me of MTV Cribs. I love it when she said that she doesn't collect paintings, she collects shoes. That's my kinda girl. She said that all her money goes to shoes and rent. That's a CRAZY shoe collection she has. I recognize just about all of them from my DSW stores. Great to watch in between getting updates on all the matches.

Guys who are not into fashion can certainly appreciate these videos. And the introduction was a great warm up to what we were going to be in for this week.

Great points you made there. That leave me feeling a bit more positive that Victoria can get something going. A win here gets things started. This match weighs heavily on Justice because Lowndes has nothing to lose if she loses this match.

My AFC vs NFC picks.

Good match here between Abigail and Petra. I really enjoyed looking at pictures of both of them this week. I went with Nemcova at the end. Real good pictures on her part. Love the different poses seen in her pictures. There's a little bit of everything in them. Soles, toes, shoes, all there for Nemcova.

Carmen against Katy Perry is a pretty nice match, even though I'm not a huge fan of either on of them. Carmen is twisting and bending in more ways than a pretzel. Awesome, awesome Carmen. Carmen gave Audrina a run for her money last week only to find herself coming up short. She's been something special this year after running amok with other women who were the have-nots of this contest. Currently she holds the second wild card spot and I don't see how she'll lose this match. With a win, she'll hold on to that second wild card spot.

I pick Audrina this week over Heidi Klum. Pretty good match for a National Classic.

Less than 24 hours to go and a good portion of these matches are still very close. The last four matches of the week could be very telling for whoever wins those.

I voted for Rosie over Kate. It's great to see tat match being as close as it is. It'll be crazy if Kate loses because something like that happening is surreal. I'm watching Candice's and Irina's matches very closely. I bet the world will see if Upton is handed for first loss of the year.

Irina has really given it to Bar all week long. Shayk is getting everything she wants out of this catfight.

This is one of the best week's National has put together in terms of everything from the matches, all this other information about shoe fashion, and the pictures and videos. I swear this week has to be of the best ones in terms of pictures posted. Just about every gallery looks fantastic. I'm very impressed.

I read this earlier in the week and ready to respond but i got sidetracked by some fuckwad who hacked one of my other websites and it took way too long to get it back.

anyway, you were right on! very very tough decision.. until i spent 0.05 seconds to bring Victoria's feet up on my mental image. she easily wins over Jessica. sure, i am fans of Jessica but Victoria might just some the most perfect feet and toes every. sweet soft soles, perfectly proportioned toes with not a hammer or mallet toe.. unlike some of the other popular contestants. i cant understand how anyone with a shred of taste could vote for anyone over Victoria.

i just missed the cut off time so i don't know who won yet but when i voted Victoria was in the lead. fingers crossed.

My picks for the final three matches of the week.

Personal vendetta between Irina and Bar. I never knew that they had some issue going on between each other, but it's pretty hot to see two of the hottest women in the world - both supermodels, by the way - scratch each other over how one guy styles his hair. I would love to be that guy in the middle of all of this. I appreciate Irina defending her boyfriend, but I love how Bar responded back to Irina in that Twitter exchange. She stood behind what she said.

By the way, very hot videos from both of them this week, speaking in different languages. Gives us a nice taste of what else is out there in the world besides America.

So like I said, I take Bar in this one.

The last two matches really exemplify just how special these AFC vs NFC matches really are, because they feature opponents who might have never faced each other before, and might never face each other again. These are unique matches, and us fans should be grateful that we are witnessing these matches and we should take them in for all that it's worth.

I'll take Victoria Justice over Jessica Lowndes. Great match up, by the way. Like some others mentioned before, Victoria needs this way more than Lowndes does. Even if Victoria and Lowndes had similar records, I would still take Victoria. I respect the hell of how much Lowndes has improved over the years, and I'm glad that National stuck with her after her first year of so-so performance. Even though Justice needs this, credit should be handed to Lowndes for not giving up the division lead to Carmen. Lowndes is committed to taking this as far as she can.

In the last match, this is deadly. I voted for Upton after looking at the pictures. Upton seems like a lot more fun to hang with and it shows in the videos. Rosie is more sophisticated when it comes to sexiness, but Upton is the most popular girl on the planet and it's going to be nearly impossible to beat her.

If Rosie makes this close, then it tells everyone that Upton can be beaten. If Upton runs away from Rosie en route to a victory, then it sends a message to all the heavyweights in this contest that they have no chance against Upton, and any hope they had of beating Upton will be flushed down the toilet.

THE BEST RéSUMEé UNDER THE SUN

Candice Swanepoel was given the role as being the Official Symbol of the NFC. Since then, she has done everything to earn that title. Usually things work the other way around: people would work hard to earn something before given such a prestigious title. I saw something in Candice that made her far and beyond of what the exception to that rule is and felt that she was the savior this contest needed even at a time when she had yet to set foot in this contest to even compete in her first match of her career. Candice has paid me back in spades. Candice Swanepoel is the sun in where all other planets revolve around her.

An argument can be made that woman who has the best résumé under the Sun since the start of Season 3 (2010) has been Ashley Tisdale. It's going to be very hard to make a case for someone else whose name is not Candice Swanepoel. I could try to make a case for Audrina, but she's a weird case. Clearly, Audrina is off to her best start of her career, surpassing her previous record when she started her rookie season 6-0 before losing her first match. Not only is Audrina off to her best start, but she has beaten quality opponents this year to give her this 9-0 record, something that Kate Upton could not brag about up until this week. Kate Upton shares the same record as Audrina, but Audrina this year has had more memorable wins. Kate Upton has had it easy for the first half of the season. Looking at Upton's schedule the rest of the way, her road gets very, very bumpy. Upton will be put to the test.

Going back to Audrina for a minute, everything she's done BEFORE this year has been so-so even though her record suggests that she's done a lot more than that. Before this year started, Tisdale compiled a record that suggested she was so-so, but her achievements within that record points to a bigger picture.

Before this year started, I can only think of two noteworthy opponents who Audrina has beaten: Irina Shayk last year, Megan Fox in the semi-finals to determine the National Class Champion in her rookie season back in 2010. Her noteworthy losses were to Candice Swanepoel three times, Megan Fox twice, Marisa Miller once, and Ashley Tisdale once, and Kim Kardashian in the Finals Classics that year.

Tisdale's noteworthy wins were against Kim Kardashain when she was defending her championship, a win that was one of the biggest upsets of all time; Marisa Miller, the two-time AFC Champion, Megan Fox twice (one of those wins was a blowout in the playoffs, probably the most lopsided win in playoff history now that I think about it); Audrina Patridge and now Candice Swanepoel for the second time. In fact, Tisdale is the first non-divisional rival to beat Candice Swanepoel twice. In a way you can say that Tisdale has done well against the heavyweights and so-so against the mid carders ... for Audrina, she's done well against mid carders and less than so-so against the heavyweights.

What Audrina does have over Tisdale is playoff experience, including a win over Tisdale in one of those classic matches that will be remembered forever. The knock against Audrina is that her playoff run has gone backwards as the years went along. She made it to the finals in her first year, only to lose to Kim. The year after she lost in the semi-finals. Last year she lost in the quarter-finals.

Again, keep in mind that when I was talking about Audrina, I was only making reference to what she's done BEFORE this year. This year, however, Audrina is making a difference, this year Audrina's best start to a season is on the right track to erase the struggles she's had in the past. Clearly Audrina has gotten her act together and is on cruise control to get to the Promise Land.

For Tisdale, she is as tough as nails. After getting destroyed by Kate Upton weeks ago, she has regained her form. Once again, she's someone who your favorite girl does not want to face. I'd rather take Tisdale's 4-4 over Katy Perry's 4-4 any day of the week. Tisdale's 4-4 can compete against anyone in the league.

Candice Swanepoel is the second girl since Kim Kardashian to lose more than twice in a year that she's defending her title. Luckily for Candice, everyone else in her division lost this week.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS

Bar Refaeli got dominated in this match. Yes, she won. However, the only time she got a lead in that match was towards the end when the polls were about to close down. Other than that, Irina was beating her from pillar to post. There were two times that I can remember when it looked as if Bar was not going to mount a comeback because Irina was so relentless.

Perhaps Irina was too anxious when she focused her frustrations on her opponent. Bar Refeali really had to sneak by at the last moments to get this win and she was able to slither away with a smirk on her face. Just like her comeback to Irina's tweet was very slick, Bar was very slick in getting by Irina.

For Refaeli, she's probably laughing this off and moving on to make something of herself in the AFC. Irina vowed that this would not be the last time that Bar would hear from her.

----

The last time Eva Longoria had first place to herself in her division this late in the season was in Season 2 back in 2009. Even though Longoria and Shayk share the same record, Irina is technically in first because of her win over Irina a few weeks ago.

----

I've made several comparisons between Jessica Lowndes and Victoria Justice over the last two years. I really don't have the time to go back and look for moments where I made those comparisons, but what I remember that the point I was trying to make was that Jessica Lowndes has been better than Justice. This week was the first time they faced each other and Lowndes now owns the stat over Justice face-to-face.

As great a year Carmen Electra is having, Jessica Lowndes is ahead of her.

----

Guess who had the most votes over the last three weeks? Not Kate Upton. It's Jennifer Hawkins. Amazing how Heidi Klum was 5-1 at one point in the season. Now Heidi is hanging on to her division by a strand of her hair. Heidi has beaten Hawkins back in Week 1, which is the only reason why she's ahead. A resilient effort by Klum, nevertheless, when she pushed Audrina to the brink. She was that close in handing Audrina her first loss of the season.

----

Kate Upton continues to soar. Kate Upton can be pushed around a bit, but she's too popular to be held back for a long period of time. Looking ahead at Kate's schedule, she's got some tough matches in store for her. In the first half of the season, she's had to deal with an easier schedule than Audrina has. Starting this week with Rosie, the schedule is going to catch up to her. It'll be time for Upton to earn the record she's got and cement her case that she is the Number 1 seed of the NFC.

Thanks to everyone for all their support and appreciation. This has been a great week.
