Hello everyone, I just had a couple of questions about putting up a C4S store. I am a amateur looking to get a clips4sale store started. I already have a few models who are able and willing to participate in this project, and my concern is should I be having the models sign a waiver or some sort of model release form? Where can I find an acceptable form for them to sign?

Any information regarding this would be great.
Thanks in advanced.

When you do this kind of business. Everything has to be legit and not be fraud. You have to be honest to them about everything. The model release form is in one of the sections listed in your clips4sale account.

And with that being said, enjoy paying lots of tax over $400/ year on top of what they take out before you get paid.

Great, thanks for the heads up.
Hmm, how do the taxes work than? Would this be something I would want to claim on my taxes? I am Canadian well. if that makes a difference.
I know C4S takes a large chunk right away.. would you happen to know any other ways to sell videos that isn't C4S?

I am not sure about Canadian taxes and how that works up there but surely they require you to report it as income like they make you do here in the U.S. That combined with their "cut" of the proceeds it's almost not worth it as a start up any more. However, if your videos are a higher quality than 240p like the stuff we saw from the 1990's then i'd say you will probably make a few bucks. Maybe you should call their customer service hotline and ask the details...they are usually pretty helpful. [Thumbs Up]

Okay thanks.
I will check out BHE-bill.
I will look more into clips4sale, and figure out whether it will be worth it or not.
I appreciate the insight. [Smile]
