At first you had me thinking every woman involved in FIFA World Cup whether it be Dancers,Spectators or whoever lol.

From the links you posted i'd go with Brazil,like the second womans red feet & red toes but looks as though she has too much make-up or too airbrushed?.
The first woman in Croatia link has some nice feet and toes also though
