Some of the best foot stuff I've seen wasn't designed to be that way! There's a new yoga show I've discovered. It's called Rock Your Yoga. The hostess is a cute redhead named Sadie Nardini. There are excellent view of her feet throughout each one-hour show, as well as the feet of the girls with her. (Yes, there's also a guy, but he's mainly in the background!) It's on the Veria network.
