Well, it says in the picture...Barefoot Si. I can`t remember what her real name was (Silvana? Silvia?) but I remember her cool website from a few years back. She was this hot Eastern European (?) model with awesome feet.
Can you post some pics of her toes (top view) because they looked amazing.
