I don't know if anyone here is an NHL fan, but who are you cheering for to bring home the stanley cup?

Vancouver all the way baby!!! With the way Luongo and Naslund are playing the cup is comin to Van city. Whoever thought Naslund could hit people like that and block shots. Finally Naslund is here.

I think that the second round is going to go a long way to determine who makes the finals as it seems to separate the contenders from the pretenders...

That being said...should the Rangers pull off another series win against either Buffalo or Ottawa they have to be favorites... At the beginning of the playoffs I would have picked Buffalo right away but it looked like they had trouble playing with the lead against the Islanders, allowing the Islanders to mount comebacks on them like they did doesn't instill much confidence for sure!

Out west I am thinking that a Sharks/Ducks conference final is in the making as both teams are big, strong and have a ton of speed which is what you need for the playoffs.

Vancouver can't seem to score, Detroit isn't as good as they seem as if you can get Hasek off his game early you can definitely win and Dallas isn't as deep as the Sharks or Ducks...

Anyway, I am stepping down off my soap box.

I like the way you think. You know that I'm a big Rangers fan, but even if we get past Buffalo which won't be easy, Ottawa looks really good and the Devils are our nightmare. I was just happy the play well down the stretch and make the playoffs.

Anaheim will be tough to beat in the West. I expect them to make the finals.

No matter what team people root for, Ashton in a Rangers jersey would make everyone happy.

Aslong as Buffalo stays healthy, they will make it to the finals. They are the healthiest they have been all year right now.

I'd love to see a Vancouver/Ottawa final with Ottawa winning the Cup of course but the way Vancouver is playing I doubt that'll happen.

Thanks Joe! I don't want to get too cocky but I think we'll sweep Buffalo. They just haven't been playing too well in this series. If it wasn't for Miller in game 3 we would have won by a much higher score. Miller was really outstanding.

The Sens organization and fans are classy unlike the cocky Sabres bandwagon fans.

I hope the Sens sweep this series and go on to bring the Cup back to Canada. Of course, you might have to ask Buffalo fans for the Cup since they had already placed it on their mantle.

I tried watching the game last night but my heart just wasn't into it because my dog, who we had for almost 17 years, passed away Sunday night/Monday morning.

I gotta go for my local team, the Ducks. However, I'm actually a Kings fan (stop laughing). I've always had a soft spot for the Ducks though, I'll root for them always unless they're playing the Kings.

I wonder if Bettman would have rather had a Red Wings/Senators Stanley Cup Final though. Detroit is one of the largest markets in the U.S. with a national following, on top of being an Original Six team, and Ottawa is a Canadian team. Still, as far support go, the city of Anaheim, and Orange County in general have mad love for the Ducks and the Angels, even though this part of Southern California (L.A. County up towards the Central Coast) has always been Dodger country.
