I hope Fox, or anyone else, WILL NOT hire Millen to announce football.
I couldn't stand him before and was glad Detroit hired him and got him out of the booth.
What was worse, it seemed like every other Color Commentator tried to imitate his method of speaking; which sucked.
It's taken these six or so years to clear up his horrible influence on football announcing, but I fear he will be back.

Don't hire Matt Millen for anything... PERIOD. I should've never taken 9 years for him to be fired. It should've never take him to embarrass the Lions organization and make us the true laughing stock of the league for the Fords to finally make a move. He should've been sacked after his 3rd year. Apparently he wasn't much better as an announcer but he shouldn't even be considered for an office position either. I don't care if he works in the back room, just keep him out of football.

How does anyone go 0 and 16? My buds and I used to go to clubs and anyone who got shot down 10 times got a bottle of Champange - didn't happen.

Looks like NBC picked up Millen for the in studio with Costas and the gang.
He seemed to be a little less obnoxious than I remember him- let's hope he stays that way because I figure he will be back in someone's booth next year.
