I haven't been on this game for about 5 years now... but I remember I used to be THE MAN at this game, (For those who are familiar) I used to do Afronova on Maniac and pass it without breakin' a sweat.... But today.. Got half way through the first stage and was tired and puffin' like a moose... I didn't even pass it... I thought it would be like ridin' a bike when you get back on, your still alright but I was wrong... My eyes and brain could pick up the arrow sequences but my body couldn't ...
I used to luv seein' the girls play coz they would come in with dress shoes, sandals or flip-flops and would take them off and play sweaty bare feet on the pads... Might get back into it for fitness reasons..

I so feel you there, I was just a notch below acheiving DDR Mastery before I stopped playing a few years ago. I was able to do 3-5 song sets without pause on 9 or 10 foot ratings and I was in good shape then. I've gotta get back into playing. I was so good and I hadn't reached my peak yet, not even close. Have you played In The Groove? I'd actually say it's a bit better than DDR, definitely a hell of a lot harder. It's 13 foot level songs, and pretty decent songs at that.
Anyway, as far as DDR, Tsugaru, Cartoon Heroes, Can't Stop Falling in Love (remix), Sakura, Healing Vision (Angelic), and all of the old school original DDR songs were my favorites.

Yeah I always thought i was good but that is because i didnt know anyone who could do it, then i figured out that a requirement to work in the arcade is to beat the DDR machine like max 300 on heavy or something.... i cried the day i saw someone do that
