I'm particularly interested in the older-style rock (Carlos Santana for example), but I'm easy. A fan of Juanes and the Buena Vista Social Club, so it doesn't have to be rock...

Try some Al DiMeola. Some classify him as jazz, or fusion; probably not rock - but it has all the sounds of it. His "Mediterranean Sundance" with Paco DeLucia is superb.
He did an album (way back when) with Jan Hammer called "Sequencer". Formidable.
Just some thoughts.

"No copies of the first 3 Santana albums?"
You mentioned being into Santana so I figured you had some in your collection. The early stuff is a real nice jazz-fusion-latin feel. Good vibes. I recommend Live at the Fillmore '68.

Actually, I've only ever heard the album they did in like '91 or '95 or well some time in the 90's...: Supernatural. DL'd the songs off youtube and it just got me in the mood

I don't know what time zone you are in- but you could stream "La Raza Rocks" on KUVO in Denver- which is on Sunday afternoons 1-2pm MST- check it out!
