It is a video of an incredible graphics-demo that some guys from the demoscene made in 2007. The incredible thing is that the original file is only 177 kb small (kilobyte, not megabyte). If you know anything about computers you`ll know that that is damn small for an .exe-programme.
If you want to find out more about the demoscene read here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demoscene Some of these programmers are pure geniuses and ahead of their time!

You are right, these programmers are absolute genius! The real genius is not even in the startling graphics and shocking beauty of it all, but in the fact it is all predicated upon (and spawned) from such a tiny executable. Absolutely astonishing!

Thanks for your comment, Ben. A few days ago I discovered that one of them (the group is called "Farbrausch") programmed an ego-shooter game which is only 96 kb small but has amazing graphics. Also very impressive!
To put it into context for those not too savvy with computers: the Wu's banner, saved as an image in Bitmap format is 43.2KB (About a quarter the size of this video).
And sorry Hal, I did see this when you first posted and was duely impressed, I just forgot to leave a comment.
