You know, I've wondered before if those works had been pulled from shelves and taken out of print, due to some kind of legal problems, possibly stemming from the estates (and disputes in settlement, thereof) of the late George Harrison and / or Roy Orbison.
What's interesting is that you can't find them on shelves - but that you also can not find them on the mega-sites such as Tower Records, Best Buy or even CD Universe. TW search will net you a few Tom Petty discs and some others.
Fortunately, being off shelves (even being out of print) has never mattered to Amazon and here's where you can order both (Volumes One and Three):

My copy of that CD was stolen years ago in a burglary. I'm sure an eBay search would turn up something on it too! It is such a great album that its a shame it should be out of print.

Yeah Sasha, I'm afraid that they were discontinued due to a conflict with Warner Records. There have been persistent rumors that they'll be remastered & reissued at some point, but thus far nothing has materialized. I bought my copies of the two full-length Wilbury albums on CD when they first came out back in 1988 & 1990, and I even still have the first one on vinyl around here somewhere. Damn I feel old...

LOL, no that one's a 33 but I've still got some 78s lying around here somewhere too. More amazing than the fact that I actually have 78s is the fact that I still have a turntable that's capable of playing the damn things. I use it mostly for when I break out my big band records because there's just something about listening to Artie Shaw, Count Basie, or Duke Ellington on compact disc that disturbs me greatly. I need to hear all those authentic little analog crackles & pops escaping from the audio source when I'm digging that old stuff.
I've got the clay version on 78. I spent a little more and got the "ultra clay" platter set, where they record from the original master tapes - and use a special baking process.
