hello everybody! i've been creeping this forum for some while now hehe, now recently i've been thinking alot of moving away from sweden where I am born and raised, to america now what ways are there to get a green card? ofc marriage is one way but im only 18 so, yea...and also is it easier for countrys like sweden to get a green card? does anyone knows anything about this? idk where else to turn except the embassy ofc. But I figgured sience 50% of the people posting here are americans I thought hey, someone must know! also is there any need of electricians in america right now, cuz that's what im studying here in sweden... sorry for my english?! haha thanks for replies

I was thinking as I read your post that, apart from the paths that LeDeamon's link offered, many make an appeal based on political persecution. Being from Sweden (a place with very little political strife as I understand it), I believe that such an appeal would have a very low priority.
Having skills for employment is a real benefit.
