Ive been a member for 3 or 4 years and Im still only an 'Elite Trooper'! Granted, I have posted a lot on Wus, but not nearly as much as, lets say Pat. Im proud of my title, and I dont try to accelerate it like some people do. When I say that, I mean by dropping by every-fuckin-single-post within the last four hours and saying; nice,,,nice soles,,,,agree,,,wow,,,,sexy,,,or just slinging completly stupid emotes out there just to get a point towards the post's. Its spamming pretty much. If I say something on a topic about a girl, I have actually looked at all the pics, and will comment how I feel; (altho I will NEVER say negative comments), not just trying to bump my rank up by posting a bullshit comment!

Some people also just express themselves differently. I have a feeling that most people who use one-word posts, or only use an emoticon, are simply showing their enthusiasm, albeit in a less-than-articulate fashion. As far as I'm concerned, when a thread contains "20 positive comments", that's better than "15 positive comments", even if 5 of them happen to be only one word or phrase. The beautiful models who frequent this forum deserve all the praise they get, no matter the form! I've left plenty of brief comments in my day, and never did I consider that I might be offending someone by doing so; nor did I consider how it might beneficially affect my 'rank'.
I really doubt that the posters in question are just trying to bump up their rank...for the most part, anyway. And if they were, I still don't think I would care.. it doesn't affect me in any way whatsoever.

I would think that it's more polite to at the very least to leave an emoticon if you viewed pictures that you enjoyed than leaving nothing at all. Some of these 2 or 3 paragraph reply's to a picture set are just plain ridiculous, especially since they've probably already said the same thing to dozens of other models. Really, what's your point, and who really cares what someones 'rank' is or how many posts they have? Posts: 678 | Registered: Jan 2009

Maybe some people spend time posting several comments in one thread. I've probable posted 50 comments in the mma thread cause there's always something new going on in mma and I love it, yet theres only a few pages to it. Plus, this is my favorite site, so if theres something going on that has my interest, I'm going to post a response.

I hear what you're saying wv, but quite honestly the only response you can come up with for some posts is simply "WOW!" or "OMFG!" because the pic may be so incredible. I agree with Vanderfeet. Just because a response is brief, or a simple exclamation doesn't neccesarily mean it's not a meaningful response. It sometimes says a whole lot.

At least no one complained about the emote. This forum doesn't have all the people trying to "bump" their posts back to the top as I've seen in some others.
As for the title, it's whatever to me. It could say "some guy" under mine and I don't care. If I want to respond to something with a paragraph, a sentence or an emote, I do. The only thing I don't do is insult other people for liking something or insulting them because I don't like what they do. I find those posts to be worthless posts that just cause fights.

I'll admit to bumping a thread the odd once (not often by any means) but if I'm interested in a thread I missed or that happened before my time,or that I simply want to re-start 'cause of the nostalgia I'll bump it

A lot of threads here need bumped cause they are so great. Like any pics posted by Twisted toes should always be around. I love seeing her feet.

Not sure who it is directed at but i find that if a post is two long i do not want to read it. I spend anywhere from a half hour to an hour on here almost daily. I leave a sentence or two for most posts. I think any compliment is a good post...(perhaps this was directed toward a few of us Panic)

As for myself, I try to have something to say when I post but sometimes find that only a word or two is needed when I see a nice photo among, for example, Lord Lucan's wonderful contributions.
I guess that I just lack the imagination to wax verbosely poetic over every pic I like and all the points with which I agree or support.
