Not to sure...haven't tried it since highschool. Back then I think it was around 230 or so.

Ahhh, when I was still in karate training I could do 50 push-ups on one arm. I could also do over 100 push up while clapping my hands inbetween each push (know what I mean?). Those were the days. Never done bench press before.

I once was pinned by a tiger, and gave it a hard upward shove, therby flinging it into the air and away by yards. The tiger landed on my guide's spear, and died almost instantly.
It weighed 650 lbs., so I did one rep of 650.
Oh yeah, my arm was fractured where he bit me, and I was bleeding rather profusely. As they stiched my arm, we broiled the carcass over a huge fire and ate pieces of it for a whole day. Curry rice and roast tiger with chutney -delicious!

If my I.Q. is higher than the weight I can bench, am I smart or just really weak?
LOL

I see all of you have missed when I asked:
Also, when doing pushups, how much weight are you actually pushing? How much percentage of the body weight are you pushing? Does anyone here know?

I used to do weightlifting back in highschool as part of school's fitting programme. Later on I continued working out in the gym and took part in pan-hellenic competitions.
90 kgs 10 times 120 kgs 2 times
Push ups can go up to 75 times both hands ... and 9 times with one hand.
